Ordered delivery and my food was prepared incorrectly. Asked for the food to returned and prepared correctly was told I have you bring it to them and then I have go through the third party app. Try to support local business this was a terrible experience.

Sooooooo very disappointed. I’m never rude. I genuinely liked this carryout above the others because of the service I received each time and every time I got dinner from here. This chick toniiiight!!!! I don’t know if she just wanted to be difficult or she feels a certain way about the community she serves. They have their own delivery drivers. Keep that in mind. I acknowledge my mistake and ask for the food to be delivered. The answer was no. I requested a refund via Menufy only after being told that I wasn’t able to pay an additional fee for the food to be delivered. Wonderful rep John told me that the refund would have to be authorized by the restaurant. They denied it and sent me room temperature food. I still tipped my driver. Looking at these reviews made me think though. We need to stop making these people feel comfortable enough to the point they’re acting out with the very people they need business from.. This was unnecessarily unprofessional on so many levels. *Email below*

I am deeply disappointed in the way this has been handled, especially the treatment I received over the phone with the young lady that answered. I have never had issues with any staff here, nor have I had less than quality food. I even offered to pay a delivery fee and tip my driver but that lady wouldn't accept with attitude and a condescending tone to match. A man said the order would be redone and delivered. This has been a sad experience and most likely the last time I'll be ordering from this establishment. So upset to say goodbye because when I come in to get my broccoli brown sauce with carrots and onions added, the ladies are usually so nice and professional. I do not believe this person was one of those beautiful spirits I usually do business with!!!! Super disappointed.

Wouldn’t purchase from here again. Not only did the lo mein taste incredibly plain, my egg roll and chicken wings weren’t cripsy at all both old and soft. There are way too many carry outs in the area to think twice about this location.

I got general Sue's chicken from here and and it tastes good but it's questionable if it's chicken or not I opened up the general tso's chicken and it didn't look like chicken to me so I'll probably will never order it from here again

Stay away!! I left with the wrong order that THEY HANDED ME. Ended up paying $30 for a small chicken broccoli and fries won’t give a refund and won’t exchange or fix the order and they gave me no receipt. Janky business all around.
