I frequent the DD for my 2nd cup as I approach Southern MARYLAND from Southern Pennsylvania to begin my day always very fast courteous serve up a good cup of coffee I would definitely recommend..
Salome was extraordinary! The kindest human! She went outta her way to make our experience perfect. I don't ever get coffee from Dunkin Donuts, but my daughter wanted it. Because of the customer service we received from Salome, I would absolutely return!
I don't know why I don't have good experiences here. This visit's shenanigans started with a large latte requested with multiple vanilla shots and multiple sweeteners. The end product did in fact come in a large cup. The large cup was half full of foam. The remainder of the cup was coffee and cream, no sweetener or vanilla detectable. I'm not impressed. I really wish they would have put a Starbucks there.
