Need a cake for a special occasion?!! THIS is who you need to call!! I ordered a birthday cake, a little last minute, with minimal requests- and it was perfect!! The staff was wonderful to work with, too!! If you’re a chocolate fan, you will LOVE their version!!!❤️🍰

This is not DC, we are still a farming community so stop with the inflated prices. If you cannot afford to make baked goods without transferring all your costs to the customer to cover your lease…then redo your business model or last the average 4yrs on our Main Street and we get another fly-by-night business

My wife and I were walking our son downtown today and We stopped in to get some ice cream and suddenly realized there was a bakery too!

Oh my gosh, let me tell you the cookies are amazing!

So glad we got cookies, cupcakes, and these cinabun things that look so good.

We are fairly new to the area and have been wondering where a great local bakery is and we found it!

Thank you for the friendly staff and fantastic tasting treats!

Can’t wait to come again!

Couldn’t get a “Welcome Home” cake for my husband that is returning from overseas.

I stopped at this location in person to discuss placing a cake order to celebrate my husband coming home from deployment. I have a severe nut allergy and always like to discuss that before placing an order. During my visit I was told the accommodations weren’t problem and the staff seemed happy for me for the reason why I needed the cake. I was even asked how long my husband has been gone. Leaving, I thought my order would be fulfilled. I placed the formal order the same day as my visit, 9 days before I needed the cake.

Two days later I was informed that my order couldn’t be completed based on scheduling and the accommodations that were needed.

Further discussions revealed placing the order 4-6 weeks in advance of the date would have been ideal. Unfortunately while my husband was deployed I wasn’t allowed any contact so there was no way of me knowing during that 4-6 week time frame that I was even going to see him again. His return home was confirmed only a few days before my visit to the shop.

As a military spouse, I try my best to work with the ever changing schedule of the military. I try my best to make sure my husband knows he is loved, celebrated, and I’m excited to see him any chance I get. The distance and communication gets difficult at times.

It is disappointing that this bakery couldn’t be a part of him coming home since serving active duty doesn’t yield confirmed plans far in advance.

Edit in response: I did put an order in via email, that was the “formal order”. In addition it’s not my timeline, I didn’t pick the days. My husband returns to his station the day of our anniversary so he’s only here for about two weeks. My family will not be reunited for the holidays.

Cute little shop! They had a nice variety of sweet and savory pastries. The chai spice cake was delicious, and I took home a chocolate croissant. Also tried a cappucino, which was tasty. Looking forward to trying more of their goodies.

Items are good but very pricy.
Check out the Amish stands for better tasting and priced bakery items.

Really great spot with a sweet owner(?) there that stood and waited for me to make my decision. I got a slice of the chocolate and peanut butter cake for $8 and it was absolutely amazing! I and my bf split it with ice cream from The Salted Scoop and thoroughly enjoyed it. Nothing not to like, it wasn't overly sweet, moist, flavorful, with a complex spin that reminds you of a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup.

Wonderful staff ♡ I work next door. I come by a few times a week to get a snack. I LOVE the cheddar cheese cream cheese bagel balls, and the crossaints. Sugar cookie bars are another favorite! Best local bakery, you won't regret it. Everything is delicious
