Everyone is so nice here. I'm always happy to stay here when in town working.
Daughter needed appendix surgery. Made a reservation to fly up and be with her. An hour later was told they weren’t going to operate and no surgery needed. Tried to cancel my reservation. Jacquelyn the front desk clerk said I’m sorry unfortunately the rules are the rules. Was very condescending and rude on the phone. I would suggest booking your stay elsewhere, or expect bureaucratic employees.
Update : Bonnie - I never used foul language and now I’m a deplorable? 😂. Ok Hilary Clinton. That attitude didn’t work out well for her and won’t for you either. Your attitude of bureaucracy and condescension while sitting behind your ivory tower in Leonardtown certainly roll downhill and are the cause of the horrible service I received on the phone from your employee.
I have ran numerous companies and would never stand for any employee talking to a customer or treating one the way your company treated and spoke to me. Have fun defending it. Hope that serves you well. As for me there are many choices out there from hotels run by management without being referred to as deplorable. You’re obviously from the same culture as many of our young entitled youth these days. You’re not entitled to my business regardless of your performance and you obviously don’t want to take any responsibility for either your poor management style or employees lack of empathy. As a result I’ll choose elsewhere to stay and hope the readers here make their own decision, based on this to do the same.
Maybe then you’ll realize that your job is in “Hospitality” and not the Post Office. Your attitude and comments would be well accepted there. Perhaps a career change is
in order??? I hear you can call all your customers deplorable there with no ramifications. Sounds like a perfect fit for you!!!!
The person that checked us in was very rude as was the person that checked us out of the hotel. No place to store bikes. Sheets were rough and very pilly (they were cheap and old). Location was great but they need to up their game on customer service.
Even with tons of heavy rain most of the weekend, we were still able to enjoy ourselves. The area has plenty of in walking distance places to visit.
Great quaint little hotel in a cute little town.
Kim at the front desk was very pleasant One of the nicest receptionists I have ever dealt with
The Inn is a wonderful place to stay. Kind staff, rooms that are cleaned every day as a hotel should have, and easy walking distance to the myriad of shops and restaurants in Leonardtown. If you travel for work, you are accustomed to hunting for places that have “your points,” but this is worth the exception. I will be returning to the Inn when I come back to town for sure.
Location is fantastic if visiting the area.
Located in downtown Leonardtown. Serves breakfast Reasonable rates
Very clean and nice building. Rooms very nice. Would stay again!

Only game in town. Nice place.
My son and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and we really enjoyed our visit. I am very picky about cleanliness and the rooms and common space in this hotel meet a high standard. The rooms are spacious and modern. The only thing is the air conditioning units were a bit on the louder side but you are able to control the thermostat to satisfy your personal needs. The housekeeping staff would keep the room and bathroom clean and refreshed every day. The front desk staff were all so friendly. I wanted to commend both Cathy and Jackie. I had the most interaction with Jackie. I spoke with her on the phone when I made the reservation and she was so informative and helpful addressing my questions. She was the one who checked us in and she was always so pleasant and always worked hard to keep things running smoothly even during the late night shifts. The location was great: a short walk to the waterfront and a straight shot access to St. Mary’s and restaurants in California, MD. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you in the area.
Great hotel!! We had a wonderful 2-night stay. Rooms were clean and comfy, and everything in downtown was walkable. 5 ⭐
Room was modern, clean and well laid out. Great location for our needs.
