Went for first time on my bday weekend. Terrible mixed drinks. Over priced, they served store brand soda in mixed drinks, DJ didn’t know how to mix music, and they shut the dance floor down at 12:30am. That’s 4 reasons to loose business.

Been a while since I've been there. Not busy service was slow. Couldn't figure out the menu. Wasn't the one online. Ordered two sweet tea. Was brought unsweetened tea with no sugar. Brought back inside told the waitress asked for sweet tea and asked for the bill. Still charged $5.92 for two of the smallest drinks. Avoid this place

We came to see Innuendo perform as Queen. Great show and great venue.
However, the drinks were horrible. We had margaritas and they were quite simply the worst we've ever had. Couldn't drink them. Why were they an off pink color?
So, if you charge premium prices for a show, ensure the drinks at the "VIP" table are at least decent and maybe even try for amazing.
Go across the street and ask Sweetbay how they make theirs, which are delicious.

The Rex My wife and I got married and had our wedding/reception in The Rex Theater in May 2024. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing. The venue is great, the acoustics are perfect, and THE PEOPLE! First, Kiera is a freaking ROCKSTAR! She handled everything with ease. Food questions? She handled it. Need drinks they don’t normally carry? Handled. Everything was taken care of quickly and professionally! The food was amazing! The bartenders were polite and efficient! If you are looking for a venue for ANY reason, come to The Rex Theater! We love this place, the people, and the local history it holds! If I could give it 6 stars, I would! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
