I am expressing my dissatisfaction with Chipotle's current offerings. While I have historically enjoyed their food, the portion sizes are now insufficient, even with double orders at a premium price. Moreover, consumption of their food regularly leads to digestive distress. Finally, customer service interactions are consistently rushed and lack basic courtesy.
The food is always great, but hit or miss on if your order is correct when picking up online orders or getting delivery (missing ingredients like lettuce or salsa on burrito bowls). For the price Chipotle costs, the attention to detail needs to be better at this location.
This is my second time at this Chipotle. No is ever at the window when pull up. Even past your pickup time. The lady did finally come had a very bad attitude. It took another ten minutes past pickup time to get my order. I saw an employee take a quesadilla out of oven with her bare hands cut it and put it in the box. The lady that finally brought my order was nice. But, my green chile salsa was missing from my order. It took more 20 minutes to get this order.
