The garlic bread was not cooked properly and was cold.
Horrible
We were in here for hours. My daughter loves his. She loves to read. I've got several books.
Thank you Zack 👎🏽
The food was great! However the guy taking food orders named Zack was really rude! I will go again but if I see him I am turning the other way. Zack word of advice, when you are at work always smile and be nice, it not only helps this job but helps you in the long run🙏

Didn’t appreciate the person who took our order, she appeared she didn’t want to be there and wasn’t very friendly. No hello or nothing

Love the Wisconsin Mac and cheese ever time
I was a former employee and it was a decent job! nice pay, &cool people so it sucks I have to even write this but its gross seeing people eat from there. the food might be good but this place is absolutely FILTHY! I mean its literally ROACH GALORE! I was getting ready to prep pasta one morning and I opened a box of cavatappi noodles and roaches literally came spewing out the box. by this time I've only been there for 1 or 2 weeks, ik because because I just got finished training with Denise (shes so kind when she isn't talking about other employees) but after realizing the box is full of roaches I told Carly and olgetree about it & they still chose to wash them off and sell them. least to say I was only there for maybe a month and a week so I could pay for my birthday and I quit. the people here are very sketchy, I see how they talk about & treat customers so no, the customer best interest is not priority! but very poor management and & unhygienic food practices.

I normally love this place, but the past few times I went has been disappointing. During my last visit they ran out of some of the veggies. During this visit they gave me the wrong noodles. I also always order extra veggies on all my pastas. I do not mind paying the extra dollar even though that's a lot for an add on. When i got my extra veggies added today they put 4 mushrooms and maybe 5 tomatoes. If your going to charge extra for addon's please give me what I paid for.

Me and my mother went yesterday evening and made sure to mention an allergy to gluten. Key note is "ALLERGY" so it's not just a preference. It was fine as first because they seemed to be playing it safe until my mother was half way through her food and picked up a regular, gluten, noodle out of her Mac n cheese. I walked up to the front of the building and showed the employee working and she acted like she didn't care. She said "I'm sorry" and shrugged her shoulders. I held my mothers hair the entire night while she was sick because of the insensitive to her allergy.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergy.

The food here is absolutely delicious!
First time customer and likely last time I haven’t decided. We ordered the bbq chicken macaroni bowl, three cheese tortellini pesto, and potstickers.Potstickers: very basic frozen potstickers that are steamed and served. They were not very flavorful or tasty. $5.75Bbq chicken macaroni: Husband liked it, but there wasn’t very much in the bowl and it wasn’t very hot. $12.75Three cheese tortellini: Semi warm, very little sauce and the cheese just wasn’t great considering it didn’t want to melt. $9.25We were the only customers inside the restaurant during our entire dining experience. The facility is s clean, staff was nice, but the quality for what you pay is not worth a revisit.

Rocking with the noodles. Rocking with the noodles. I don't know how to explain it. It was like really good ramen.
