They put all the sauce in one bag and I just couldn't find it that's the only problem I had everything else was nice it was clean the food was good

Quann was an amazing worker there! Absolute best customer service. He made sure the order items were correct and spoke to us by name. More people should be like him! Recognition for best efforts!

The remodeled store isn't much better!! The service was good!!! The food sucked!! The spicy chicken tenders were like rubber!! Sorry will not be going to that location agian!! The store in California, md is no better!! Wonder what happen to Popeyes it used be good food!!!

I would NOT go to this location. For starters, the service is horrible and the person pictured is dishonest. I asked for a fresh order and even offered to wait as the staff took their time as I know a fresh order takes a while. He told me that the chicken would take an hour, I told him that I’d wait. He then changed his story to “I’m not making fresh food until this food sells out”. Which is directly against company policy. Once I confronted him about it, he said that he’d “bought the location” and “has been working there for 4 yrs”, which was also dishonest as I visit this location regularly. I then asked for his name which he lied about saying his name was “Jose”. The employee on shift with him advised me that is name is indeed NOT Jose. All in all; he refused service (which by law he has the right to do for any reason) ALL BECAUSE I ASKED FOR FRESH FOOD AND WAS WILLING TO WAIT PATIENTLY FOR IT. 0/10 would not recommend this location. Go to the one in California, MD by Walmart. They made my order, no problem. He should be reprimanded for violating company policy by not making the order fresh.

There was no one in line when I entered and ordered a chicken sandwich. Uber eats came in and not only picked up the order but made a second order, recieved it and left. Another customer came in and ordered , received their order and left. At least 5 more carryout orders were placed on the counter for pick up. I am still waiting for the order. After 5 minutes I asked for a refund. I WILL NEVER STOP BY AGAIN.
