Franks Pizza & Restaurant

Great little place in the middle of nowhere. Friendly staff, not too expensive. Very clean too. Was surprised to see all the TVs but none were on (especially during an Orioles game!) Worth a stop if you're passing by.

Love this Place, Love Mr. Pat the Owner, Love the entire Family, especially love franks Special Cheese Steak, Lol. Can’t Ask For Better Food and Better friends. Oh and the the Interior of the restaurant is absolutely Beautiful, a lot of hard work and long day’s went into remodeling/Building that restaurant, I should know, I helped to build remodel that restaurant, Lol. If you are looking for Great Italian Food, Great Customer Service and would like to support a small family owned Business, I would highly suggest, you go visit Mr. Pat and his team at Franks Pizza. When the owner is there overseeing the production the best pizza in Frederick, Carroll county without a doubt I have been getting pizza there since they opened the Liberty town location. It brings me back to NYC every time. The people whining about their fried food make me laugh. It is Franks pizza not fried food Franks.

This was the Frank Pizza from Eldersburg that my whole family was craving. So glad we were able to find it. The crust is what sells the pizza. Perfectly golden across the bottom. It is not wood fired but it is crispy like a good loaf of French bread. The sauce and cheese are very good too. Can't wait to go back!

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Frank's Pizza, and I feel compelled to share it to prevent others from encountering the same issues.

I placed an order through the Slice delivery service, expecting the usual prompt and reliable delivery. However, my food never arrived. After waiting far longer than the estimated delivery time, I decided to call Frank's Pizza to inquire about my order.

What followed was a frustrating and infuriating conversation with the owner. Instead of taking responsibility for the mishap, he blamed Slice for the delay. While I understand that delivery services can sometimes have issues, the owner's attitude was shockingly unprofessional. He showed no empathy or concern for the fact that my food had been sitting out for over an hour, and incredibly, he still expected me to accept and eat it!

This lack of accountability and basic customer service is unacceptable. Not only was the owner dismissive and rude, but his approach to resolving the issue demonstrated a complete lack of business acumen. Instead of offering a fresh order or a refund, he insisted on blaming others and showed no interest in making the situation right.

I will be informing my friends and family about this unpleasant experience and strongly advising them to avoid Frank's Pizza. If you're looking for good food and decent service, look elsewhere. This place clearly doesn't value its customers or their satisfaction.

Surprise! It's a good Italian restaurant in a small town! Amazing desserts and a good selection of Italian drinks and sauces from Italy you can take home.
A solid choice when you're not in the mood to cook, need a decent pizza, want a delicious dessert, or crave warm garlic knots that will keep you coming back.

Staff was pleasant. The fries were greasy and not very appetizing. The steak egg roll was greasy, over cooked and nasty. The fried shrimp sub was greasy. You could hardley taste the shrimp over the grease. The garlic knots were the best items, I ate here. The marinara sauce had zesty garlicky flavour. I was very disappointed with my Calzone. The dough was hand made and very tasty, as well as the ricotta and Mozilla cheeses. My disappointment was in that in most places I have ordered before, a calzone has a meat. I was told that here, you had to add it.I did express my concerns to the staff, but the owner just glared my way and said nothing. It is my opinion that I did not receive my money's worth with spending over $40 for our dinner
