“I don’t normally leave reviews, but I have to this time! I only found out about it because a friend was raving about how good it is on Facebook and I am so glad she did! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the moment you walk in, you get that clean, welcoming hometown atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable. But the best part is the food! This was our third time there and everything we’ve tried has been absolutely delicious! My personal favorite is the homemade butternut squash soup. I’m very particular about butternut squash soup, and this is hands down the best I’ve ever had! You can truly taste the care and quality in every bite. Highly recommend!”

“We used to frequent this restaurant often when we lived in Frederick. We returned for my 70th birthday dinner. As usual, Rich did an outstanding job, not only with our meals but also with meals designed for our vegan/vegetarian children. Trish, our server , was also excellent. “Had the Sweet Chili Tuna tonight, and it was easily the best meal I've had there yet, and I've never had a disappointing experience. Cooked to perfection, and the sauce had a spot-on level of sweetness and spice. The mashed potatoes, broccoli, and bed of spinach were a delicious accompaniment. We started with the cream of crab soup. Sitting in the dining area, watching the falling snow, and sipping a cup of coffee. What a great way to start the weekend.”

“Had a wonderful time! The wine tasting display box is such a unique touch, and the wines themselves were fantastic. We loved the cozy atmosphere inside, especially since it was a bit chilly and windy outside. However, the grounds are beautiful, with plenty of outdoor seating for warmer days. Highly recommend!”

“We love this hidden little gem, not only is the service, so friendly and inviting the ice cream is out of this world. We love seeing the fat pig Jamall and the baby goats and chickens. It is an adventure and if you are considering going, I would definitely make it a priority, crate for friends, family and kid friendly bring change to bring change to feed the little critters, and the view is impeccable !”

It's fresh, it's varied, and has something for everyone. It's ruined a few people's tastes though...they totally swore off miller or Budweiser after trying the farmhouse ale.”

“Indian wok is great! They’ve become my favorite Indian food restaurant. The favorite dishes in my house are: palak paneer, mango chicken chili, and shrimp (prawn) vindaloo. Also, you can’t go without trying the different naan breads! However, all of the dishes are amazing 🤤❤️”

“The wings are the best around,lots of flavors to choose from too. Great Philly cheesesteak sandwich as well. Nothing fancy but the staff members are friendly & attentive.(Moreso at the bar) Sometimes not a lot of staff to take table orders but family owned/operated. Family friendly as many times we've been here there are families celebrating events or kid's award ceremonies going on. I appreciate a family owned restaurant,it's a lot of work & a huge commitment of time & money. Highly recommend!”

“Mommy Magic Cakes did a wonderful job on my daughter's 5th birthday cake! First I sent an inspo photo of the cake my daughter liked that she saw on google. We discussed a few options and settled on what worked best. They were able to match the inspo photo but also make it within reason, honestly it turned out perfect and I like the cake Mommy Magic made us more than the inspo cake we saw on google! Thanks for making my daughter's 5th birthday extra magic! (I added the tooth pick stars on top of the cake to add a little pop but even without them the cake would have been perfect!)”

“Just ordered a late breakfast for carry out and it was my first time ever eating from El Rancho. My food was ready when they said and it was and still hot when I got it home and very delicious. I LOVE that they serve breakfast all day and my steak was perfect! I’d recommend this place to anyone!”
