Staff was pleasant. The fries were greasy and not very appetizing. The steak egg roll was greasy, over cooked and nasty. The fried shrimp sub was greasy. You could hardley taste the shrimp over the grease. The garlic knots were the best items, I ate here. The marinara sauce had zesty garlicky flavour. I was very disappointed with my Calzone. The dough was hand made and very tasty, as well as the ricotta and Mozilla cheeses. My disappointment was in that in most places I have ordered before, a calzone has a meat. I was told that here, you had to add it.I did express my concerns to the staff, but the owner just glared my way and said nothing. It is my opinion that I did not receive my money's worth with spending over $40 for our dinner

Simple neighborhood restaurant featuring pizza and Italian food. One of the better NY style pizzas in Maryland. Never had a disappointing dish here, and I've been here about a hundred times (I have come here every other week for the past few years). I always look forward to stopping here for dinner.Parking: Plenty of free parking in the small shopping center.

My boyfriend and I had our first date here 2 years ago and come back every year to celebrate ? The staff is so friendly and sweet, and they always recognize us when we come in. All of the food is clearly made fresh and with good ingredients and the prices are phenomenal!
Pizza, Greek salad and French fries. Eldersburg location closed. The owners of Franks in Libertytown are the parents, tasted like it. Everything was good. Nice NY pie. Salad ingredients were crunchy fresh. Fries were good. We will definitely go back. Ordering online is very convenient, including updates. ?

I think I have a new favorite pizza place! Ordered Frank's for the first time today via GrubHub. It was here in a flash and it was perfect. They even put a little garlic knot in the middle of the pizza to protect the cheese from sticking to the box. I did get extra cheese but I probably didn't need to because there was A LOT of cheese. But the flavor of the crust, sauce and cheese was delicious! I will definitely order from Frank's again!!

It is supposed 1/2 Cheese & 1/2 Green pepper and onion.. Not Happy.. Got home this is what the pizza looked like.. I called the guy and he said it was my fault the way I carried it ... No .... My son wouldn't eat it ?

They even put a little garlic knot in the middle of the pizza to protect the cheese from sticking to the box. I did get extra cheese but I probably didn't need to because there was A LOT of cheese. But the flavor of the crust, sauce and cheese was delicious! I will definitely order from Frank's again!!

To be fair, I didn't eat here. I called ahead and was told they offer dine in. When we walked in, it was confusing. A girl behind the counter asked me for my phone number. I asked why she needed my phone number for us to eat there. It's for the system she said. I said I don't want to be in the system, I just want to eat. She was NOT pleased. What's your name then for the order? "Keith" I replied. Then she asks "Are you ready to order or you need a minute"? I said "we just walked through the door to come eat here". At this point a fellow comes over and says we order at the counter and they bring it to the table. We just left. Either you have dine in or you don't. It's like they want to charge dine in restaurant prices for a fast food experience.
