Save your money. The food is not fresh, all frozen. Very bland. Not enough sauce. Cheesesteak sub was the only good thing. Its a shame cause it has potential but the owners obviously dont care about, nor eat their own

Ordered a simple xl white pizza with spinach and mushrooms earlier. Pizza seems a bit overcooked, and there isn't nearly enough sauce on it, so it's rather dry. It tastes slightly burnt but doesn't look it, as if the oven needs to be cleaned. Not at all impressed with the amount of toppings included, especially considering that this mediocre pizza cost us $29 dollars by the time we paid AT the store, not for delivery. Disappointing to see a local place providing food of this poor quality and charging so much for it.Edit: I called a little later in the day, and the representative on the phone was ready to compensate us with a replacement meal. The "In-House" Caesar salad dressing tasted like straight vinegar, tested by 3 people.

Never again. If you have children 2 or 3 years old go somewhere else. We went at noon and there were 2 people eating. First we were told no wait staff, so come up to the counter. Yes. the children were starting to get restless, but would have settled down after the food came out. We were told by the guy at the front if they didn't be quiet, we would have to leave. I would have canceled the order, but my niece said to pack it up for carryout. Then she took the kids out to the car. And we got them 2 Mac and cheese kids meals. Came right from the Kraft Mac and cheese box. You think an Italian restaurant could have something a little better. Use to be a nice restaurant. No more. There are too many other nice Italian restaurants around. And before anyone says the kids should behave, I have been in restaurants where kids 5 and 6 have been loud and running around. They are learning. 2 and 3. And we were going to leave before Jack of all trades (hostess, waiter, cook and cleanup person) said something.Kid-friendliness: None.

Find a different pizza place. The food is delicious but the manager Joe is rude. I wrote the management about my experience so maybe there'll be some retraining for Joe. I may go back if I see an "Under New Management" sign, but feel the story should be shared to hold management accountable. The following is the email sent to management there: I ordered pizza and pasta dish for the first time at your Linthicum location. I was helped by Joe (name he gave, a white guy looked too old to be working there). First of all he was rushing me to order, found out afterwards he was on his lunch break when I came in. Well I told him that I needed to look at the menu before I ordered. I was looking at the menu taped to the countertop. He hurriedly said that prices had gone up since the menu was printed, pointing to the menu on the countertop. By heading me a new menu it was implied that that one had current prices. I paid, $40 and some change so when I added the total up based on the new menu it was higher than what was printed so I asked him about it. He got defensive with his tone and said, "I already told you that prices had changed!" I explained how I must have misunderstood him and thought that the new menu I was given had the new prices. He continued to be defensive, cutting me off mid sentence. I told him that it's over and let's move on. I understand what he had meant but reminded him why I got confused. I said, " let's move on." Him grumbled something under his breath that sounded like "asshole." When my food came out he said he was sorry and that it's hard all by himself there. He's a man who's I assume has had or still has a drinking/substance abuse problem. He's in debt or can't pay his bills. This is one of probably a few jobs he has. I doubt he values it as much as you or I would. It's only a possible scenario, or maybe life dealt him a bad hand. Either way his bad attitude hurts your business and he needs some retraining. I hope the food is good this time because I won't be back until I see an "Under New Management" sign.

Had the meatlovers. Ham was like lunch meat. Husband liked it but I did not. Tasted like cardboard to me. It was close to hotel. Next time we will go to a local favorite we loved in the past
