After we heard Carmelo’s was open again, we ran over for a hot slice out of the oven and it did not disappoint! Just as I remembered, not too thin, but perfectly crisp crust on the bottom, great tangy sauce, and perfect amount of cheese. The penne arabiatta was a hit as well as the garlic knots. We will definitely be back!
