It's not often that I give a shining review to any establishment, but, if you'll indulge me, I'll tell you why these guys earned it.They messed up something with my charge and went out of their way to make sure that the issue was resolved.There are other places in the area that I've been to that don't rank nearly as high aside from Cracker Barrel, about whom is the maker of chicken and dumplings which may be one of my all-time favorite dishes. Side of corn with butter which You then mix into the chicken and dumplings. Little bit of salt and pepper too. *sigh*Anyway, go there and tell them Dad this review sent you. I'd love for them to know that I am an official fan of this specific Establishment and its associates.Thank you!

I ordered Curb side pick up. I received a confirmation email and followed the instructions related to checking in. Needless to say - that did not work out. 5 minutes after the scheduled delivery time I called and inquired. The young man answering the phone says "it's ready. You can come get it." What?!?? I responded, "no sir. It's a curbside order. Please have someone bring it out." He asked if I checked in - I confirmed that I did. He said 'oh, okay. I'll bring it out to you." No apology or acknowledgement of a glitch in how this process is supposed to work.My food probably was excellent when it was fresh and hot. Unfortunately my salmon was a bit hard and my daughter's chicken tenders and brisket quesadilla also a bit dry and hard. Likely because they had completely cooled off. :(
My friend and I had lunch on 3/28/24 and it was terrible service. We waited 10 minutes before anyone came to seat us. The waitress was rude and complaining how they were short-staffed and the restaurant was expecting a bus of 30 people coming soon. She brought our drinks but ended up spilling one of the drinks on the table but never apologized or cleaned it up. Then when she asked if we were ready to order she told us to better order now before the bus of people came or it might take a long time to get food so we both rushed to tell her what we wanted even though we barely had a chance to look at the menu. The food was okay. Waitress never came back and asked if we needed anything or offer refills. Very short and curt with us. We noticed her coming back to tables around us asking if they needed anything but she ignored us. The floors were filthy with food and the kiosk where you go to pay was sticky and gross. Won't be coming back there again....ya'll better off going to Glory Days or another place along West Nursery Road.Please hire more staff, specifically staff that are customer-friendly.
