Great overall experience
Our server was great
Last night was the best experience at this Chili's ever. I've been going to this location for years!! I've been to many Chili's in several states and last night was the best. They were extremely busy with Birthdays and home comings. The staff was on point the energy was high. It was amazing. Chili's Grill & Bar is a decent spot to grab a bite. The food is good, with many customers praising the quality of dishes like the burgers and the terrific food overall. One reviewer mentioned that the food was excellent and that the service was even better, noting a positive experience with a friendly waitress who made sure everything was perfect. Drew has truly given the best service. The food was fast, hot, and delicious, with no problems. Desiree was nice and speedy, always checking on guests. Excellent food quality and service at this location! Waitstaff came up every 15 minutes to ask if anything was needed, which was exceptional. Great food! Great atmosphere! Ericka is the GREATEST! A great place is nothing without great employees!! Parking is available in the back of the building, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The atmosphere, however, leaves room for improvement, as some reviewers found the decor outdated and noted that the restaurant could benefit from better cleaning. Service can be inconsistent, with instances of long wait times and mistakes with orders, such as missing items like queso fries. Despite these issues, many guests enjoyed their meals and appreciated the friendly staff, making it a place worth visiting for a satisfying dining experience.
