Every week there’s an issue with this place whether short staffed or old rice. It sucks! Shut it down and place a Qdoba here…🙄
Ordered there through the app twice today. First order was pick up , second was for delivery. Both times, I did not get my drinks. First time, I had to ask. The second time, I drove to the restaurant since nobody answered the phone. They wouldn’t give me the drinks blaming doordash. I paid a service charge and still had to go to the store. Walked out with nothing. Absolute trash customer service. Will never go back.
It seems as though the staff needs remedial training on wrapping burritos. It seems like expecting a burrito to be wrapped well at Chipotle should be the lowest of all expectations.
