Ordered an 8 piece original bucket on app at 10:56pm and picked it up 5 minutes later. I arrived home and opened the bucket. I was shocked to see only 4 pieces (3 original and 1 crispy). Also, to my dismay they were the leftover pieces of the night. Called back and I heard the other worker say "why did you answer the phone?" then I was rudely hung up on. I understand it's towards the end of the night but they should have not accepted anymore orders. Or at least let me know at the window and give me an option. Do better as a big corporation.

My family and I stopped at this location after traveling home from Dover, DE picking my daughter up for the Presiden's Day weekend. We had been on the road all day and just wanted to get something filling to eat and rest. We spent almost $40 on chicken. The order was a 12 piece half original and half crispy. When we got home it was only all crispy but was dark brown and looked super dry and looked like it had been refried to heat it up. I called KFC and spoke with the supervisor Jada who told me to bring in the receipt. When I came back in with the receipt Jada wasn't there but the manager Michelle was there. I explained to Michelle about the order. The store manager Michelle was super super rude and refused to do anything about it. Did I mention this was 30 minutes out of the way. I asked her about customer service. She looked at me and handed me my receipt back. This is not even about the $40. It's about the fact that everything is so expensive and everyone works hard for their money. Everyone is just trying to feed their family. So if people choose your establishment over everyone else to spend our hard earned money please show kindness, decency, and customer service. Manager Michelle at 708 Nusery Rd- it takes nothing to show kindness and decent customer service. Manager Michelle, please do better!

If you are ever in a mood for KFC, don't go here! I placed a delivery order for a 16 piece meal, and for the first time IN MY LIFE, I threw out the chicken after three pieces. This was by far my worst delivery meal ever. It looked like they just emptied the tray into the bucket, with many of my "pieces" being nothing but chunks of breading. This place has no concern or desire to even try at customer service.

Let just start here we place our online order to be ready for picked at 1215pm I believed it was a name on the order there wasn't my nickname so we waited an additional 15-20 minutes for them to figured it mind you it's the same order number nevertheless food was cold biscuit was old grease need to be changed our food literally sat at the front counter while they still try to figure out the problem now I worked in fast food almost 15yeaers and I know you frist listened to the customer apologized they fixed it never never did that happen I should've returned the food and took my business someone else and all that never offer to make my order fresh all i asked for was my fries to replace with fresh ones why did I do that I was Greeted with an attitude never again

I ordered a famous bowl and it came with 4 pieces of extremely chewy, nasty, dark brown chicken that looked like it had been cooked days ago. So awful I took 2 bites and threw it away. The lady at the counter was nice tho..I went back and showed them and they were extremely apologetic and made me fresh hot food witch was 100% better

Why is it every time I go here there is NEVER and chicken ready and it always takes 25 minutes to cook. Then when asked for tenders they have 6 tenders and it’s going to take another 5 mins for that. Is there like no one in the kitchen that notice the chicken is low and they might need to drop some more chicken. Who is managing this place ?

To the Night shift on 3/27/2018@ 708 Nursery Rd. KFC:Even though we arrived 30 minutes before close (not intentionally we were just on our way home) The staff went out of there way to make our food was good, hot and fresh even though we had to wait for our chicken service was friendly and attentive. Something you don't see so much anymore So Kudos and my hat is off to the Staff & much appreciated! ☺
I should have listened to the other reviewers. Great customer service and the fries were solid. However, the chicken was dry, small(see photos) and had very little flavor.I will not be visiting this establishment again.
