Our experience at this KFC location was a bit disappointing. The staff was somewhat rude, although I hope this was an exception rather than the usual level of customer service.
On a positive note, since we were with our child, the staff did give us a cup so we could pour some lemonade from a half-gallon bottle, and we appreciated that small gesture.

This KFC location stands out for its cleanliness, efficiency, and friendly service, making it worth the extra distance. The parking lot is spacious and well-maintained. Customers often enjoy the chicken pot pies and mashed potatoes with gravy, describing them as delicious and highly recommended. The staff, including a very friendly and patient employee named Melissa, are known for their quick service and positive attitude. The restaurant is tidy, with pictures of the colonel visiting different parts of the world on the walls, adding a nice touch. Despite a bowl being smothered with gravy on one visit, the overall experience remains excellent. The night shift staff on Nursery Rd ensures good food and attentive service even close to closing time, leaving customers with a positive impression.
