I had to take the time to write a stellar review about the experience my family received! Scott Yarnall, the Front Office Manager, surprised us with the best hotel customer service! He wore the hat of the late night "shuttle driver", (I am assuming they were short staffed like many service industries these days.) and we didn't realize he was the manager until we arrived at the hotel and asked a question. The hotel is in a quiet area with easy access to restaurants and major roadways. Check-in was a breeze and the staff working the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room furnishings, like many of the common areas, were starting to show signs of wear and tear. A very typical Sheraton hotel so no complaints. The staff at check-in were friendly and got me taken care of quickly. The rooms are kept clean, which is always a plus, but are sort of dated. There is a restaurant/bar on the first floor which offers a good assortment of alcohol as well as plentiful food options. If you're looking at staying at a hotel near BWI, this place would definitely be suitable. Happy travels, my Yelpers!
