If you don't care about what foreign chemicals go into your body...then this is a good place to eat. Clean atmosphere and clean restrooms. I'm a clean diet person, so I can't give a good review on their foods.

Extremely disappointed, this is the closest mcdonalds to my house so I often go here, and just as often as I go is just as often as I'm disappointed. This is the 4th time they have forgotten to put something I paid for inside the bag. I get we are all human but come on! Consistent forgetting food.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by my recent visit to this McDonald's. My daughter found a bug in her drink, which she didn't notice until she had finished all of her tea because the bug was brown like the sweet tea. This made her sick to her stomach.
This is not the first time I've had issues at this location. The last time I visited, about a year ago, there were bugs crawling all over the walls. Despite trying to avoid this location due to previous bad experiences, it seems the hygiene standards have not improved at all.
To make matters worse, when I tried to address the issue, a representative called me the following day at 9:05 am while i was working. Because I didn't answer, they closed my case without further follow-up. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
I strongly urge management to address these serious hygiene issues immediately. Until then, I will be avoiding this McDonald's and recommending others do the same.

Why the three stars, the fries were not fresh but hot. The food was ok but I ordered a kids hamburger happy meal. I live not far from there so by the time I got home my son said hey they forgot my hamburger. I told my other son to check his box and the back seat. He said he doesn't have a hamburger in the box he has chicken nuggets wow ????. Outside of that everything else was good.
