I had a question about an item on the menu that was one thing and I was charged another. when I spoke with the manager I was given an explanation that didn't make sense. The bottom line was if this is a fee they charge they need to inform the customer before hand of the additional charge. The waitress never mentioned the charge and the charge wasn't on the menu so therefore I shouldn't have had to pay it.
