Finally got to try a pit beef BBQ sandwich at the event at Annemarie Gardens today. It was delicious.
Mike and the rest of the team from Grill Sgt BBQ have knocked it out of the park for us on two separate occasions within the past 8 months. First, I hired their team to service our VIP attendees, all our staff, the band members, as well as our pyro team at our PyroJam event in May. I ordered a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving. 20 lb. Was the best turkey i have ever had in 57 years, and most of my 14 guests said same thing. Moist, awesome smoke flavor throughout the meat, great spice mix on the skin.
