From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was astounding: perfectly curated ambiance, gracious and attentive service, and a beautifully paced tasting menu. Every dish was a revelation, from the wine pairing thoughtfully selected to complement each course, to the impeccable presentation and exquisite flavors. “Marta manages to be both lively and cozy simultaneously in a rowhouse that previously housed Salt (one of my all time favorite upscale restaurants) We went for a friend's birthday, and all 3 courses were delicious, beautifully presented, inventive, and not the same old menu that you find everywhere. Very sweet wait staff was super attentive, educated about the food and wine and made great suggestions. Our original wait staff had an emergency and had to leave in the middle of service, but seamlessly another wait person stepped in to covered us. Kudos to the front of house team for handling with such skill and ease. But the food was definitely the star of the show. For me, the standout was the tuna cannoli. I'm not even sure I can do justice to this deliciousness with a crunchy outer "cannoli" shell with a slight hint of sweet surrounding a creamy center of tuna crudi with little dots of avocado cream. And all was covered with a pistachio "dust." The spicy meatballs were delectable nestled in a cloud of creamy spicy ricotta. And the Duck and Foie Gras Panzotti (little triangle ravioli) was creamy, delicious and the perfect combination of delicate tastes. And the Tiramisu Affogato ended the dinner on a delicious note! And for two people with drinks it was really pretty a good deal for the quality if the food, service and location. We will be back! Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5”

“Came to Baltimore first night out to dinner decided to try this place called kechy Pizza co. First off 5 star service the moment we walked in the door . Amazing menu , amazing choices and hands down the best pizza I’ve had in a long time . The food and ingredients were all so fresh and tasted amazing. I definitely recommend if you’re in the area to stop in and fill your bell you won’t be disappointed!”

“Just discovered a gem nearby. I ate at Kandahar on 36th Street. It is owned by the previous general manager of The Helmand. What a delight. Most reasonable prices and the food was excellent. The last few times I went to the downtown location it wasn't as good, I now know why. If you haven't been there, I promise, you won't be disappointed. 5 stars”

“This is the best grilled cheese I have ever had in my life! It's truffle and bacon. The salted caramel latte is very sweet (which is how I like coffee). The vibe is very cozy/boho, and really cute. It is a little loud in here.”

“Wow, I used to love you guys... But once I found out you guys hired someone that distributed child pron, that love immediately stopped. Oh, and I forgot to mention... He distributed THOUSANDS!! THOUSANDS of photos and videos of prepubescent children and toddlers. I'm all for hiring felons, but not when those felons endanger children. The name of the employee is Charles Pijanowski. “Wonderful experience at Alma. Beautiful restaurant with beautiful dishes and plate ware. The ambiance was divine.

We got tequenos, cauliflower, and hamachi. That was the best hamachi I ever had. It was sweet, tart, and salty. The yellow tail melted in my mouth. The Arroz con Chipi-Chipi reminded me of Paella. The Bienmasabe desert was tasty. It was sponge cake, coconut ice cream and chewy jellies for texture. The punch like a lady cocktail was refreshing not too sweet. Something about having it on the rocks took it over.
We were well taken by our servers.”
