They do not have pannini's neither hot sandwiches. As a small cafeteria they could have an electric press grill and offer ham; bologna, swiss grilled hot sandwich It will sell good. They also do not offer burgers for lu ch. Only turkey burger but is on ciabatts bread not regular seed buns. They could have also a small gas grill maybe and small seed buns for burgers. Not sure about regulations because place is small and does not seem adequate to have smoke coming off a grill...
We are grateful for this place. In Bldg 2 of JH’s Greenspring medical campus, it is simple and good, with very reasonable prices. Food is fresh and soups, made daily, are just the ticket sometimes. People are friendly and know which chibatta sandwich for my husband as soon as we show up. Give it a try.
