Fuji Mountain Steakhouse offers a nicely put together interior with a fish pond. The bar is a highlight, and the cooks are skilled and accommodating. The steak really impressed, coming out perfectly cooked with a nice sear, juicy and with great flavor. The steak came out perfect, hot, juicy, and with a great crust. The food quantities were more than ample. Some had the hibachi, others fried dishes, and the remarks were all favorable. The place had a warm cozy vibe with dim lighting and soft music in the background. The bartender was friendly and made great conversation. The salad before the meal was super fresh and nicely dressed.
