Came in after their remodel. Best whopper I’ve had in a long long time. The employees where excellent and kind. Laurie who was helping train obviously did a good job. If you had a bad expience before, I’d give it another try. Make sure to use the app or coupons for better prices. Whopper Wednesday is also the best way to get it cheap.

My food was pretty fresh. Fries were hot. The only thing they could have done differently on food was a fresher patty on the whopper but it was still good. Service through the drive thru was good. Don't wait but a minute on the fries. Other that it was a good experience.

Decided to try here again after a couple months. Bad choice. Was cut off during ordering she just gave me the total when I said what kid drinks I wanted. Got 7 drinks didn’t give me a drink carrier even though they weren’t out. Got our food and I went through the bags while there. Told her was missing a sandwich she decides to get an attitude and tell us that it’s in the bag uh no it’s not then the other lady said it was still on the rack. I asked for the sodas I ordered for kids meals she said I wanted juices I don’t get the juices for my kids ever. Then we get home and come to find out the kids meals did not have their burgers in them. They only had two people in this place while we were there. Definitely don’t waste your time coming here and to call them to complain they never answer the phone

Went there yesterday Sunday morning food was great. Service was fast. Nice employee took our order. What more could you want? We have ate there every time we visit Deep Creep and it’s always been good.
This place looks really cool and unique. I was so excited to visit the store cause how unique it looked, sadly their food was trash. I ordered mobile and had ordered 5 mins before arrival. My fries was old and my burger was missing bacon on a bacon king. Really confused.

This place is a mess. don’t go here for work or food. if you don’t want to get disrespected. Definitely will be calling corporate!! Also don’t order DoorDash they make the food really early to where it gets cold. They don’t remake it either so don’t bother asking for that 🤦🏼♀️

Store was filthy, employees incompetent and rude. Waited 30 min for a $25 order we never recieved that they refused to refund and said to go through the app. The agent through the app cannot refund us since it was in store, and only offers a $15 coupon. Absolutely ridiculous business and horribly operated.

None of our food was fresh, everything was cold. We definitely got old food that was setting out for who knows how long. It’s sad too because you know they know it’s been sitting out and still give it to people that way, knowing that they are supposed to get rid of food after so long. Don’t recommend going there unless you ask or know it’s actually going to be fresh food.

Pulled in at 1040pm when the store is open until 11pm. Was immediately informed from the person on headset who was sweeping dinning room at the time they were out of food. I said what do u have fries? Nope not a fry to be made in sight nothing they are out of all food. Another employee walked over to the window and asked what I needed and I told her at least some fries which she magically was able to find and cook for me.
