We’ve enjoyed their ice cream for years and think it’s the best in the region. We always make it a stop when friends and family visit. A few days ago, when a quart order wasn’t quite right, it was immediately and cheerfully resolved. 100% recommend.

I’m conflicted. On one hand, I got an insanely huge soft serve for an excellent price. And the ice cream is tasty. On the other hand, I ordered twist, but got vanilla. I also ordered peanut butter and got hardly any. Also, the girl at the window told me the wrong price than had to re ring my order. Also, we stood there for five minutes while they refilled the peanut butter without any communication from them. We weren’t sure what was going on. I would probably go somewhere...

Came here when the line at Lakeside Creamery was way to long. No wait at Deep Creek Ice Cream. I ordered a s'mores sundae with whipped cream and a cherry on top. My husband had the monkey sundae with banana and peanuts. Very tasty soft serve and friendly service! Sat outdoors in the sunshine and fresh air. Cash only!
