It’s hilarious to call yourself a creamery when you serve Hershey’s ice cream… I mean, Hersheys is ok, but just ok. When you say creamery it really makes you think it’s homemade/made in house ice cream. When I asked the lady in the front to be sure, she acted like I was an idiot for even asking. Not great customer service at all. I would pass if you’re looking for something special.

Really disappointing; I’d expect even a bare minimum of customer service, and we didn’t get that.

I ordered an Americano, and hoped for a 12 or even 20 ounce but was told “we can only do 8.” An Americano is two things - espresso and hot water. When I tried to ask about modifying the drink I was rebuffed.

The 10 oz drink I got had, I think, only one espresso shot in it. The people in line behind me joked “who orders Americano, it’s watered down coffee” - well, if this is what they’re accustomed to getting, I can see why they’d think that.

The other drinks we ordered were similarly disappointing. We were hoping for some delightful Black Friday morning treats and were very let down. I would encourage the ownership and the staff to learn more about coffee preparation and how to do better at customer service.

Where to begin...We drove from other side of town to be told they were closed, despite the door being open for patrons to enter freely. Upon opening the door we were rudely greeted this evening, 'I'm closed, guys.' We kindly stated, 'It shows on the door you are closed at 9pm.' The response was 'I know'. Keep in mind the only reason we traveled here is because it still showed online they were open until 10pm, which didn't match their door sign, stating 9pm closing time.

I have to say, ice cream was good in past experience. Proor to todays date, we have been to this location well over 10 times. Due to our experience this evening and poor business practice we won't return. I hope this review from a fellow customer-centered business owner helps your employees and owner(s) learn from this unfortunate mishap.

White chocolate pumpkin latte & vanilla Italian soda were good. Staff was nice & prices were justified. Only small complaint was no toilet paper in the women’s restroom.

Very pleased with the service and the guy working was so nice and made my iced latte perfectly! It was 90degrees outside, I think they should be allowed to wear shorts, but that’s just my opinion.

Wonderful experience. Great selection of drinks and flavors. The girl at the counter was so sweet. She answered all my questions and helped with suggestions (there were sooo many options). Desserts looked good too. Planning to go back for the desserts!

First time going here and it was unfortunately not a good experience. The store was understaffed and it took over 30 minutes for the customers in front of us to get their ice cream order. Once it was our turn, the staff skipped us and skipped the group behind us in order to take the order of the 3rd large group that had walked in. When we said something, the girl said ..”no I think these ladies were next.”- The group behind us that were also skipped just simply turned around and left.- We left as well.35 minutes of wasted time with no ice-cream and angry kids. All while watching a group of ladies that waited 5 minutes get their order.Lots of ice-cream places in town, I can tell you I will be sure to go to one of them next time.

Two visits during our weekend stay at Deep Creek. Both delicious, both five stars. Second time was busier but still great service. Iced lattes were the best ... just started their Fall drinks. So yummy! Custom made - very attentive workers! Clean store with something for everyone - ice cream - hard and soft serve, coffee drinks, fudge, other drinks (shakes, smoothies, floats, etc). A little gem!!! Will add to our must stop at list when in the area.

Great ice cream great service

This place is a small creamery located in the corner of a shopping plaza with ample parking and seating (including some outdoor tables).They mainly serve coffee and different flavors of ice cream, but they also offer other drinks & some small deserts. They even serve bubble tea !I got an affogato (vanilla ice cream doused with a shot of espresso), and it was good. Nothing too special about it but the service was quick and nice.
