Went on a Thursday evening getting into town. We had a party of 13. Server was great she was on it! The pizza was not good it was too thick not the Ledo kind that you are expecting! We ordered several different kinds of pizza and each one was thick. We were so disappointed! We ate it as we were extremely hungry! The appetizers was good! The salad was good! Recommend that the cooks and or prep cooks get the pizza crust made correctly!

We ordered while driving into deep creek and picked up the order on the way. The package was ready when we arrived. We had ordered pasta, half and half pizza, some wings and garlic bread.
Dint like the pizza, it has nothing to do with this center, it's just that we don't like Ledo pizzas. We had requested for crushed chillie flakes, but the same was not provided, we had to many cheese sachets.
Cutlery were missing, which was very inconvenient.

Visiting Deep Creek, stopped in for lunch. Extremely poor management. Only 2 young servers on staff for entire restaurant. Although polite, took 20 mins for drinks, another 20 for salads, and 50 min for our pizzas. Management should have been on staff, helping. Servers were overwhelmed.

We love picking up Ledos on a Friday night on our way into Deep Creek! The staff is friendly and the food is great. We wish the back bar was open more regularly, but overall, this is a good sit down or carry out pizza restaurant. The kids' meal portions are very generous and well priced.

I've been to Ledos plenty of times, but as prices rise and the service gets worse, I find myself eating there less and less.
Most recently I ordered a Italian cold cut sandwich for takeout. It was a lunch special that included fries and a drink.
The price was reasonable considering costs these days, but the sandwich was just built so horribly that it was hard to eat, and the taste was so mediocre that I found myself disappointed once I had finished it. The fries were nothing to write home about, but at least my drink was good (bottle of white Gatorade).
While we were waiting for our order, we noticed a sign that said parties of five or more will have a 20% gratuity automatically added to their bill. While I understand that large parties who dine in at restaurants are a lot of work and don't always tip well, a group of five is your average family. If Ledos thinks the average family is so hard to handle that they demand 20% more for your patronage, then my family is better off staying home and making a home-cooked meal that's cheaper and taste better than what we can get at Ledos.
I'd recommend the Green Turtle as an alternative for better food, but it's more expensive and the service there is worse. (They screwed up a takeout order and overcharged me for it.)
Sam waited on us and was very rude and disrespectful will never go there again spent over $100 in food that was good but not worth the service being terrible

terrible terrible terrible service. we placed an order, it was supposed to be ready in 45 minutes. we got there at the appropriate time, staff was incredibly rude. they hadn't even started making our sandwiches. we had to wait another 20+ minutes, then they gave us our sandwiches and a pizza that had been sitting there for over 20 minutes.
