Great wings, great pizza, great service, nice layout.What's not to love about Ledo?! We drive 1 5hrs to go here, among a few other stops. Ledo is always one of our stops. Consistent quality all around.

As much I love the pizza and other meals they offer here, I'm constantly disappointed by the slow service and sometimes poor customer service I receive from workers at this particular location. I have come here for dinner each year of an annual ski trip I take to the area, but for the last few years, it's been an abysmal experience.Today, I placed an order in the morning to pick up two pizzas and a salad at 9 pm, yet they were still over 20 minutes late (as I wrote this review) and served someone first who said they had placed an order to pickup at 10:05... Make it make sense.On multiple occasions, I've also received moody responses from cashiers when simply giving my name for an order for pickup. You would think they're understaffed, but there were at least 8 workers tonight, which nearly outnumbered the customers we saw awaiting orders.I love Ledo's, but this feels like the last straw.

Stopped here after officiating a game at Garrett College. My 2 partners I was on the hand with recommended here. Good quality pizza. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Will most likely try one of their subs next time.

This is perhaps the worst pizza I've ever had. They say even bad pizza is pretty good. Not true. It's like they took the rectangular pizza that you used to find on your elementary school cafeteria tray and then made the crust out of the tray itself. Just awful. Please save yourself from having to learn this the hard way like I did. I read the bad reviews. I read some of the defenders. I rolled the dice and came up snake eyes. Don't be like me.

Great service! Fast and friendly. I liked the pizza but my son did not— said it didn’t have any flavor and was greasy. I just put some salt on it and thought it was good to go. We both loved the house salad though. The seating area is a little dismal and drafty from the door opening constantly, but fine. I was hoping for a broader selection of wine but there was a red, a white, a rose and a Prosecco. Can’t choose a brand. But not expensive so that helps!

Didn't actually eat here. I have an 8 year old, and we were coming into town on a long trip... We had an emergency situation. The staff were instantly understanding, reacted incredibly professionally and quickly, and made us feel welcome for our short but vital visit. I can only imagine how well they treat actual customers!

We had a large group visiting the lake for the weekend, and we wanted to get Ledo’s since it’s such a great Maryland chain. We called ahead earlier in the week and were told they do not take reservations but that we’d be welcome to come and put our name on the wait list. No problem.When we arrived, we informed the hostess that we had a party of fifteen and that we were the group that called yesterday.The server immediately yelled back from the kitchen “I know they called and I told them we were first come first serve! I have a full dining room!” We said we’d have no problem waiting but the waitress insisted on being rude to us several times even after we said we were happy to wait.The very nice hostess apologized but we felt that we probably wouldn’t be treated well since the rude server explained she would be the one eventually taking care of us, so we went to Pizzeria Uno instead and we are very happy with our decision. Don’t go here.

We now remember why we quit going here years ago! Waitress said they were busy, but it wasn't a high stress busy situation whatsoever. Maybe if the girl behind the counter would get out from behind there and actually help, it would be different, but who knows! We literally waited over an hour just to get our food 2 pizzas...., and when we did get it, it felt like they had been setting out and just reheated it because they forgot about it. Will not be going back, what a waste of our time.
