This place came recommended my local friends and they didn't disappoint. Pizza and salads were fresh and delicious with really good Bleu cheese dressing. Will be back this summer for sure!

Crowded for a Friday with a little wait time for a table but I was solo and easily found a spot at the bar. Pizza was great but not as good as when they Woodford thier ovens. Still the best in 100 miles. Beer selection had a great variety.

This is a great spot for a relaxed, easygoing meal. Our group tried a couple of the pizzas, a chicken wrap, and the Buffalo chicken salad, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and really hit the spot. The beer selection was solid with plenty of good choices, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for a resort area. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

I would leave zero stars if I could. Sat at a bar table and as soon as we sat down, the bar tender asked if we were ready to order. We asked for more time. We were ready 5 minutes later. We gave all the signs we were ready to order, menus down, tried to make eye contact... no acknowledgement from bar staff. After 20 plus minutes, no one ever came back to our table. I was really looking forward to trying out this place. I don't think I'll try again.

We had the most amazing experience at Mountain State Pizza. Bradley was our waiter and was the best waiter we have ever had. He was extremely personable, caring, passionate, and efficient. The service he provided alongside the delicious food made our dining experience 10/10. I would highly recommend visiting this spot and would love to go back next time we’re in town!

Best pizza in the USA!!! The Fire on the Mountain is life changing! Pro tip, try the cauliflower crust. It only comes in smaller size and little pricer but it just takes the Fire on the mountain to another level. The Cheeseburger in Paradise is also mind blowing. All the pizza is great. We have taken large groups to just a date night and always great. It gets really busy on holiday weekends so we we avoid during peak times. You can order on your phone and pick up during those busy times. The bar has a geat vibe with lots of fun drinks. They have great guest taps. Their own beer is not good IMO, but they have only 4 of their own taps and tons of guest taps with great beers. This is a DCL institution!

Such a solid spot. You can see Wisp, the beer is cold and good; but the food is the winner!

Pizza is thin-crust and delicious. Sandwiches and salads are massive. Good spot for a bigger group.

My family has been to this place before, but tonight was a complete disaster. The wait was excruciating, the food was subpar, and the service was bad. The waitress was friendly, but that was the only positive. The value for money was simply not there. We ordered two large pizzas, one large cheesy bread, four beers, and a root beer. With a 20% automatic tip, the total came to $129. The other bill, which was for three sandwiches, a kids’ cheese pizza, a small cheesy pizza, one beer, and one drink, came to $135. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff didn't seem overwhelmed. There were two bartenders, two people working the front door and pickups, and several other employees. But even with the all the staff we never got plates, napkins, or silverware with the appetizer it didn't get brought to the table til after the food was delivered and we were asked if needed anything else. We ended up canceling the 1 appetizer because it never came and they were still working on it after all the other food was already at the table.

We were in the neighborhood checking out waterfalls and parks. Much bigger location than the one in Thomas WV. Lots of seating, great looking place. Was very slow when we stopped for a cold brew and a quick bite, I'm sure it gets busier, but we were the only one's there. I liked the beer, got pretzels and beer cheese for a snack, server was very nice young man. I'd recommend it!
