The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille

We went in for my sister's Bachelorette party. It wasn't extremely busy however we waited to be served we ordered our drinks and explained who was on which check to begin with. Drink refills were extremely slow. However the appetizer came out hot and quick crab dip which was great. However an hour goes by no food shortly after someone brings over a tray of food and sits two on the table one was something we had ordered an started eating. We realized the rest isn't ours. She proceeded to take it to another table we watched it happen. After almost 2 hours our food comes out extremely cold no silverware no condiments I was missing my salad and another person was missing their coleslaw. We spoke up immediately and stated we'd just eat at this point we're hungry and had other plans. Our server said he'd get the Manager and apologized. The same person who brought the food to our table to someone else's proceeds to walk up 20 mins later stating "what's the problem you ate it " we didn't eat 50% of what was on the table out of 6 we stated yes we waited almost 2 hours and didn't want to wait any longer. And stated she brought food to the wrong table and served it elsewhere she got extremely defensive an said no I took it all back to the kitchen and left an stayed back there. She was no help at all. Understandably we said no we'd eat it at this point but they were fully aware when it was sat down the disappointment. Our server originally agreed to get the meals taken off and the salad that was missing and the coleslaw. But the Manager Morgan who was extremely unprofessional and rude and very loud refused. We just paid the bill to get out. The food was bland and dry the best was the beer cheese (hot) and the crab dip. Go at your own will but Morgan is a young unprofessional Manager who sat near the kitchen laughing.

80 minutes after arrival, 40 minutes after ordering, the appetizers finally arrived - lukewarm. 90 minutes, entrees came out, slightly warmer. Food quality was good. 2 hours - received check. Adjacent table left and hour ago - nothing cleared yet.

Horrible experience. Super slow service. My food had a hair in it, 2 other meals came out with the wrong things, waitress spilt lemonade on my boyfriend’s phone and on him. I ask for a discount and they gave me 1.75$ off on 160$ bill. Like seriously. Won’t be going back. Complete mess. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The food was good even though online this place is not rated as highly as I thought it should be. I had a nice Cobb salad, the fries were good, nice variety of offerings

Service was spectacular, very friendly and attentive. We always try fried pickles everywhere we go, and these were the best so far. My boyfriend was wanting a burger and they delivered. Juicy and large portion. We will definitely come back again!

Every time we come here we have such a great time. The food is always really good (love their fish and chips, tots, sweet potato fries, chicken tenders, wings burgers... could go on and on) and the service is always friendly! Even when they're super busy it never feels like we have to wait very long for our food.

I used to go there for Onion Straws. Unfortunately now you get Onion rings cut up. Never again!!!!!!! I'm not going back

I typically frequent a different local restaurant, but I decided to try the The Green Turtle this time. Normally, I review the menu beforehand, but I skipped that step. The crab dip and shrimp pasta were absolutely delicious , while my uncle enjoyed an avocado chicken sandwich along with a Tropic Buzz drink. This place has quickly become one of my new favorites, and I must mention that our waitress, Jen, was fantastic at suggesting dishes for us to try.

This "sports bar" doesn't even have NFL Sunday Ticket. When we went to watch the Ravens v. Commanders (both teams from Maryland) we were told the only game option they had was Philly v. Cleveland because that was what was on broadcast. In Maryland...we couldn't watch the Ravens game. Unbelievable.

Was the food any good? Who knows? Honestly - who goes to a sports bar to eat, except while you are watching the game you are there to watch!!

Nobody answers the phone.When I walked in the host mentioned they intentionally shut phones off and online ordering when it is too busy. I have 3 small children and so it is harder for me to get out of the house on vacation to go order food, wait and then bring it home.
