Beans & Dreams in located in Middletown, Maryland and offers excellent coffee options, delicious desserts, and food in an otherwise town that is a coffee desert...however, Beans & Dreams saves us that crave great coffee in well-appointed surroundings & large outdoor space for those of us that believe coffee should be sipped with intention.

A true gem!

Sadly I couldn’t take more pictures after I realized we ate everything else first, but to be honest their story and history as a business in Middleton, MD says so much more than I ever could share on here.

Order:
- Macchiato, Tall, Cold with caramel drizzle and cream
- Macchiato, Short, Hot
- Spanakopita (feta cheese with spinach)
- Breakfast bagel sandwich (egg, sausage, cheese)
- GF Lemon Curd Cheese Cake

Everything was, in general, delicious. I wish I can be more elaborate but I was dumbfounded by the decorations, the incredibly comfortable indoor furniture with beautiful wooden tables, the soft music, and loving atmosphere.

So many gluten free options between pastries and breakfast items, incredible assortment of coffees and you can even purchase whole bean bags of coffee so you can make it at home.

I’m just visiting, but I adore Beans & Dreams! Need to hit them up at least one more time before I leave. Thank you so very much!!!

This little secret gem is the place to retreat quietly with a friend and sip a delicoius latte under a big bright umbrella outside as I did with my friend on a recent Saturday. I was checked out by a wonderful pair of helpful young ladies, Danielle and Rachel. I recommend the orange cake made with Philo dough and orange syrup. There are many wonderful desserts and foods to try, and I will be back to try them one by one. Thea whom I met for the first time on this visit shared her story and motivation for opening Beans & Dreams. Thea supports a wonderful cause, which is part of the charm here. And the spirit of this place just permeates the soul. Come check out the story and the vibe!

Love the idea of providing employment for marginalized folks! Plus quaint environment/furniture!

This place is AMAZING. From the super helpful, sweet and caring staff, to the soft and delicious cookies (seriously probably the best I’ve ever had), to the fresh brewed coffee. The sausage egg snd cheese on croissant was incredible.

Everything about this place is great and the concept is important and gives a specific population a place to feel important and productive.

First time there. Will definitely be going back... The inside is beautiful and food was delicious

I want to thank everyone at Beans and Dreams for their warm hospitality. A group of us have been meeting there for the past few months and we love it, and look forward to returning often. The pastries are to die for ! ♥

RUN to this place. I frequently seek out coffee shops all over just to try something new. This is my new favorite and I think I might have to stick with it. The coffee is amazing, the food is delish and the staff are the icing on all of it. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. Not sure what more you could ever need or want from a coffee shop.

I've stopped at this GEM of a coffee shop twice now, while passing through Middletown on business. Both visits were exceptional. Upon entering, the vibe is relaxing and comfortable. A perfect place to meet with friends or relax with a delicious drink and snack. The service is awesome. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The coffee drinks, desserts, and snacks are exceptional. Each time we tried different offerings and all were top notch from the cookies and muffins to the cakes and pastries - absolutely delicious! Even the presentation is delightful. Don't miss this unique stop in beautiful Middletown. I can't wait to go back.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience here. His coffee was fantastic and my chai latte was divine. We had some delicious greek pastries but want to try one of everything! It all looked yummy. The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend!
