Domino's Pizza

I don’t know if all dominoes are this good but this one is fabulous. Consistent quality, excellent attitude and service, both in the restaurant and when delivering to your house.

The pizza is always fresh and yummy. The employees are nice when I go in to pick up. It's clean and seems well kept inside. The location itself is a little odd and the parking lot needs repair but this is a decent location.

Could not believe how patient, charming, and effective they were during the Halloween rush last night. The other pizza place in town is closed for renovations so they really were swamped.

Screen on the wall showed pickup status making communication clear. Smiles on all the faces working so hard were exemplary.

Unfortunately one of the worse pizza makers in the dominos chain. Dominos is a favorite and I order from many different outlets. Of all of them, this one ranks at the bottom. The majority of orders I have placed have been poorly made. The most order forgot to put on cheese.

Great small town pizza shop that has been in town for decades. Everyone is very friendly and the pizzas are great. So glad to have a staple like Domino's in our small town!

I reminded myself why I stopped getting pizza from Dominoes 20 years ago, it's the sauce , same crappy tomatoe sauce/paste, the only positive was the New York style crust tasted better than their original, which is why they got 2 stars. For the money every other pizza joint in frederick is better, 2 large 14 inch for 30 bucks

WHAT WE ORDERED was 2 large peperoni pizzas with extra cheese garlic knots with cheesy marinara dip WHAT WE GOT was 2 large extra cheese pizzas garlic knots and burnt cheesy marinara sauce that was only a quarter full I did not discover this until I got home 45+ minutes away in emmitsburg md so not only did they charge us for peperoni and didn't do it they also burnt out cheesy marinara dip that was only half full I will not be returning this was disappointing

Two weeks ago I placed a delivery order. It was late. Then my neighbor asked if I ordered Domino's. I said yes, he gave me much food. Domino's delivered to the wrong address. Then I realized 1 iteam was missing. I called and spoke to a very rude manager. I tried to order today. Just to find out that they blocked me from ordering because they screwed up.

Called to order delivery to LDS park.

First, I got a call center who hadn't any clue or help to send a delivery to a local park and wanted ME to look up the address??

Next, they put me through to a staff in store; where, she couldn't find the address to the park DOWN the street.

Better yet, she wanted me to meet them down the street at a gas station instead WITH 2 TODDLERS..

Unbelievably poor customer service!

I ordered online 3-4 hours in advance. I arrived at 6:15, but the blood did not arrive even after 30 minutes. It was difficult to connect by phone, and when the phone finally did connect, it only gave lies and excuses. They tell me to do whatever I want, whether to come back or cancel. I was at a loss for words due to the shocking words... I didn't know how long it would take to get my money back, so I just came back. When I asked them to send it within 30 minutes, they said it could take 30 minutes more...Dominos Pizza is going crazy!! Today is the last!! Wake up, you don't get your salary for free!! They need to learn from kindness!!
