The worst Dunkin outlet I have ever visited! The servers are rude, some of my orders were missing and I had to wait over 20 minutes to sort it out with no remorse for the wasted time spent due to their incompetence. The ladies running the place act as if they are forced to be there. I’m never going there anymore! Update: I like to revisit places with terrible reviews and see if anything has changed but this place has gotten worse. I spent 10 minutes in the drive through to pick up my online order only to be told that the egg bites I ordered is not available. Why would you put an item online that you know you don’t have just to waste peoples time?

I come to this Dunkin location AT LEAST 4 times a week. Today 1/26/25 I encountered the worst customer service from a man I’ve never seen. He literally argued with me about MY drink. I specifically ordered a caramel craze ice latte, almond milk, with 2 extra caramel swirls. He hands me a regular iced latte with 4 cream, almond and milk….mind you , you DO NOT PUT CRÈAM in lattes! He tried stating that that’s what I asked for. He was so rude I wanted to throw that nasty ass drink back in his face! Next time I’ll go to the one on liberty road their customer service is better!!!
These guys are racist and rude. Use to be nice and friendly. Now, no.
2nd time ive come, they are more engaged in their own conversation and dancing, rather then having the right order. The lady at the window, hardly saw the money I gave her, was engaged in another conversation.
1st time, I had went in, they didn't take my order after 7 mins passed and they saw me. But a man of their culture walked in, he was waited on and they were talking.
They need a new team for the morning. Too close together and not working. Rude.

I like this Dunkin, but I had to take a star off because they are very inconsistent with the drinks. I come here a few times a week and sometimes my drinks are perfect and sometimes they’re lacking. When I get iced coffee there’s either too much or not enough cream even though I order the same amount every time, or perfect sweetness or not nearly enough. I literally order the same thing but it’s always different, unfortunately. Even the lemonade tea is not consistent. Got it last week with added liquid cane and it was perfect. Got it this week the same exact way and it was watery, barely any lemonade flavor, and not very sweet at all.
