Staff is useless. They take forever. They forget parts of your order, or the entire order and do not care and then get an attitude if you address them. Emailing corporate doesn’t work either.

If you're often in the owings mills to woodlawn area then you know that there's quite a few Dunkin locations to choose from. This is by far my absolute FAVORITE location! I always use my app to order and they never get it wrong. Drinks made exactly to my liking, with love🫶🏾.

I paid for a 2 scoop sundae $6.67 and received a $4.99 single cup. I was told that this was the correct size because I was not charged for the topping and I didn't get whip cream. Yeah, make this make sense. Never again!!!!

A simple chocolate frosted donut cost $1.59 (overpriced). The size of the donut has minimize to what should be called, micro donut. Lcd screen showed, my order was ready, but never worked on my order. I had to ask someone, where is my order?
Automation will replace these workers.

Only giving the food aspect 2 stars instead of 1 because my first visit they made my coffee PERFECT. Went back today (the very next day) and it must be a whole different crew from yesterday. Drive thru was backed up out to Lord Baltimore. I went inside to pick up my mobile order and was ignored by a gentleman and 2 other woman, had to literally yell EXCUSE ME to get someone’s attention. Then she proceeds to tell me “you placed a drive thru order” well yeah I figured I’d come in instead of waiting 10 minutes in a drive thru line. She gives me my drink and it was completely wrong. Ordered the Signature Pumpkin Spiced Iced Latte and there’s literally no pumpkin in it. Tasted like vanilla milk. Customer service is awful, the coffee was awful. Do better Dunkin….

The worst Dunkin outlet I have ever visited! The servers are rude, some of my orders were missing and I had to wait over 20 minutes to sort it out with no remorse for the wasted time spent due to their incompetence. The ladies running the place act as if they are forced to be there. I’m never going there anymore! Update: I like to revisit places with terrible reviews and see if anything has changed but this place has gotten worse. I spent 10 minutes in the drive through to pick up my online order only to be told that the egg bites I ordered is not available. Why would you put an item online that you know you don’t have just to waste peoples time?
