I usually try not to visit this location due to the lack of customer service and attitudes. However, it is the closest to my home. I stopped by yesterday, only person in the line, did not get greeted, and the flatbread that I ordered was flat as a sheet of paper. The bacon was also very skinny and dense. I strongly recommend training your staff to be more personable and receptive to customers as they are customer facing daily.

If you order online, and get add one that cost extra, check your food. They will charge for extra cheese or Guac and 99% of the time not do it. The receipt shows it, it’s bold on the order and after the 5th time I am leaving a bad review and have not gone back in months. They are thieves and whoever is running the place blames a “new” hire. Each time, 5 different times. They offer to remake the sandwich. If I had time to wait I would walk in, not order online.

Had a valid coupon. And was told "we don't use coupons for the chicken" even though it doesn't say that on the coupon. I was also told that after I gave her the coupon and paid. Why wasn't I told that before paying. Do better.

This is absolutely unacceptable! They put no cheese and this is the saddest looking subway I have ever seen. I basically got bread with a few pieces of toppings. What a complete rip off! I didn’t notice until I got back to my office! I will be going back after work and requesting a refund. No more online ordering! I recommend you watch them when they’re making your sub because they clearly are ripping people off trying to save on costs.

Very good food with red tomatoes every time I go. Often at other locations, where the tomatoes are still green and not very ripe. Friendly service and of course the food is fresh as always.Vegetarian options: The veggie delight or veggie patties are the best way to go for vegetarians. The veggie delight sub is surprisingly really good.Dietary restrictions: All items are made to order. You choose what's on your sub in case there are any dietary restrictions.
