Seeing the other reviews of the people who came here made me realize how arrogant the staff here could be. The gentleman who works there is very kind and patient but the elderly lady is very rude. I come there often and she always has an attitude no matter how polite I try to be. The lady gets an attitude whenever you try to use the bathroom yet believes you owe her your time of day to disrespect you. The gentleman there is only one who is saving the review but, if she is management, there needs to be assessment on her values of customer service.

The middle-aged/elderly lady there was very rude. She looked like she never wanted to see me nor my siblings there. Like, ma'am, I'll gladly leave??? And when my older sister had to go use the bathroom, she was like 'Why didn't you say hi when you walked in' well maybe because you give her a stink eye every damn time she does. However, do not be mistaken; There is a very kind gentleman that knows my order by heart, and he is very kind to me, my sister, and my brother. He always looks happy to see us there. All and all, it's Subway. Love the food. Atmosphere's pretty chill. But the WHOLE THING is ruined by the lady. I'm sorry to.the kind gentleman, but I won't be coming back.

1st and last time visiting this place, staff was very unprofessional and rushy no one one was in line but me, food proportions were very small.I really Don't expect for this place to last to long with this kind of demeanor, it is way better Subway's nearby then this. Please don't waste your time or your hard earned money at this place. Go somewhere else.

Definitely one of the worst Subway locations in our area. The bread is always VERY hard (and I see others saying the same in their reviews) and the portions are awful. The female staff are rude. I’d recommend just going to the Subway on Dogwood or in Woodmoor Shopping Center.

They did not allow me to use restroom before ordering; therefore, I walked out. I do not patronize restaurants that do not allow proper access to restrooms. I understand they probably have people coming in just to use restrooms; however, customers have to be treated with dignity. It was terrible customer service.

Rock hard bread really ruined the sandwich. Ordered the cold cut combo and the meat was pre-wrapped and extra light. Much thinner meat in the sandwich than other locations. Spent $23 for stale bread and the driest sandwich ever. This location used to be great but for me, never again. One star because it was clean.
