Rock hard bread really ruined the sandwich. Ordered the cold cut combo and the meat was pre-wrapped and extra light. Much thinner meat in the sandwich than other locations. Spent $23 for stale bread and the driest sandwich ever. This location used to be great but for me, never again. One star because it was clean.

Hours of operation sign posted on window said they closed at 7 the door was open so I proceeded to walk in with my fiancé and he wanted to place the order which they denied all service for food even a beverage although they closed 40 mins later and denied my bathroom request with me being 9months pregnant …! But sent my brother in right after me and they took his order with no problem I’ve never gotten so much nasty customer service very unacceptable

I went to take advantage of the "New Sweet Onion Steak Sub". Let me just say that it's just a steak sub with the sweet onion sauce on it which I thoroughly enjoy anyway. I mean, I used to put that on my seafood sub all the time-Aaahh sweet memories! The store was clean, the gentleman that made my sub washed his hands before he started and put gloves on. And this is one of the few locations that take coupons soooooo this my new spot!!!!

I went to this location at approximately 6:21pm today. When I approached the counter, I rudely asked by the employee, "What do you want?" I politely excused myself and he repeated it. I told him he was ride and his mother attempted to make excuses for him. Another lady and her kids came in to buy food as well and asked to use the restroom for her young daughter while the mom attempted to place her order. The rude young man told the mom the restroom was closed to non customers. The tried to explain that she was placing an order the the rude young man then stated the restroom was closed for the day. I then stepped in and both employees that they were both rude and I was no longer purchasing from them. And that I was also rating them on YELP. The young man then said "fine, go ahead." And here I am. People really think they can come into your neighborhood and be disrespectful to the customers!

Price was same as most subways but sandwich was subpar. Don't know if the bread was left in for too long or if it was the sparsely distributed sauces ... definitely not the best subway sandwich I've had. I gave 4stars 'cause I was too tired to pay attention to the server, so the fault wasn't entirely theirs ... I didn't fully explain how much sauce I needed.

Very poor customer service...no safety precautions used to prevent COVID-19 or masks used behind the food. Gave me the wrong sandwich and when I return to get the correct one, they argued with me. Very poor and unacceptable service at this location.

This place gets Zero stars! if this was a representation of the company, they would be broke! I placed a mobile order for pick up, I went to pick it up and they told me they never got the order and wanted me to pay for it again, the Indian lady working, was yelling that she couldn't do anything and when I asked her to please not yell, she said she was yelling bc the screen was in front of both of us.I asked to speak to the manager and at first she said I couldn't, and wanted me to send her my order through email, which made no sense. I finally got her to call the manger who said that they couldn't do anything bc it wasn't there fault, even though I have a confirmation email, He explained to me that I needed to reach out to corporate.I called a couple hours later and again the lady (yelling) now told me that the system was down in the morning and now it was up. I proceeded to ask if I could still pick up my order and she hung up on me. I called back and she told me she was too busy to talk to me and that she didn't have time for me. I explained to her that I had not heard back from anyone and that if she could at least provided me her name and managers number or even his name and she told me she didn't know her own name or his and was not gonna give me his number or any way I could reach him. She kept cutting me off saying that she was busy and that I wasn't a costumer, and had the nerve to ask me if I shouldn't be busy myself and then she said she was leaving home. In conclusion there was no resolution and very poor costumer service. I kept my composure and still felt nothing was done! Be cautious going here
