During breakfast hours: If they're open at their posted time, service is good but food is inconsistent. Sometimes hot and fresh, sometimes food is cold, hardened and rubbery. During lunch/dinner hours: This Wendy's is consistently awful. Wait times in the drive-thru are least 20-30 minutes, even with only one or two cars ahead of you. Food order is almost always wrong, cold, or both. Staff are careless, rude, and dismissive. They will gaslight you if you notice and/or alert them that your order is incorrect. Staff members can frequently be observed from the drive thru window standing around and shouting or yelling at each other, while a line of customers waits for service. Their 'scanner don't work', ever, so you have no opportunity to earn or use the app rewards. They will not provide you with a receipt, so you will have no record of inattention and poor service. They do not proactively provide napkins or condiments, and will scoff or glare at you if you ask for them. The only staff members that seem to have a polite affect, sense of responsibility, and manners work during the breakfast shift.

The WORST Wendy’s in the city of Baltimore. Monyea and her GENERAL MANAGER were rude from the beginning. Serving COLD FOOD and being highly disrespectful. I asked for hot fries couldn’t get that and I left with a refund. Manager said I should’ve said that from the jump. Well if you wasn’t serving cold food from the jump I wouldn’t be asking for a refund. I’m in disbelief that this is yall GENERAL MANAGER. Smh do better! Cold food at 2:48pm is ridiculous

10/8/2024 7 o'clock evening shift. Has the worst day laborers, you can imagine. Management and staff were not in sync with one another. Laborer working front register/dine in. Was too busy trying flirt, with other staff members. Has no decorum with their job. And there was a 🐀running around. Las time visiting this location.

This place is actual trash tier. I've never seen slower service. I placed an order online for pickup and when I get there 5 minutes later I STILL have to wait another 20min for it. I'm typing this after already sitting here for nearly 20 minutes. There's 3 other cars they told to pull to the side to wait. How can a place be THIS terrible?
