Service sucks I sat in the restaurant for over 30 mins waitress walk passed me more then 5-6 times didnt even say hello I received no menu so after 45 mins I got up and left!
Went to the Windsor on Thursday for Happy Hour, was charged my credit card $71 for 3 crab legs & a salad I've been calling since Friday morning to get this issue resolved spoke to someone who said she didn't know what time a manager woul be in, took all the info from the receipt & no one called, I have been calling all weekend and it is now Sunday & no one has reached out to me!
Came to brunch at The Windsor Inn to support @Chefdreddcloud’s brunch and watch the game. Tarsha was our bartender and she was AMAZING — so attentive, pleasant, and her customer service was truly refreshing.
After taking my order, she noticed I couldn’t hear her clearly and kindly asked if the music was too loud (which it definitely was). She immediately asked the DJ to turn it down a notch, and I really appreciated that because I had to ask her several times to repeat herself.
The food was top tier!
The bacon honey Brussels sprouts were the perfect balance of sweet and savory — absolutely delicious.

Service was extremely slow. Food was served cold, meanwhile the server spent a lot of time sitting and socializing on the floor

I ordered online and the food WAS SO GOOD! They did not skimp on anything. So tasty, so fresh, I was so happy. I’ve ordered again since my first, and was once again happy and satisfied. Delicious!

Service was alright, and the food was decent (crab dip and garlic bread). Drinks tasted like spoiled juice.

Went here today to unwind and relax and grab a crab cake like I used to only to be severely disappointed by the fact that I was served overcooked fried clams when I specifically asked them not to fry my seafood hard and then to be charged 18 % gratuity although the waitress went above and beyond to assist me allow me to decide how much I want to tip. No manager on site to address the issue and so I will not be returning to this establishment sorry 😞

Ordered a 50.00crab cake dinner. As I bit into it I found so .ich filler and crab meat wrapped around it. There were large pieces of bread.so much that my fork lifted up hunks of bread. Next time you get crab cakes check befor you by. They wouldn't return my money because the manager didn't come in until 6;00. And I lived across town.

NEVER AGAIN!! Ordered 2 double crab cake platters from the carryout. They were absolutely HORRIBLE! Tough Meat, Tons of Shells, ZERO SEASONING, Smelled very fishy & had no flavor, the breading was hard on the top but soggy and gross underneath. We Got the same double crab cake platters to go last Christmas Eve and they were delicious. Definitely Not The Same Recipe. We won’t be back:(

It has been years since I've visited the Windsor inn. It went back to my bartending days over 20 years ago. The place had a new look and was not as inviting as it once was. The bartender, drinks was excellent and the music by DJ Reggie Kelly was off the chart he was my reason for visiting. Far as the food goes the crab cake picture was totally different from its contents, awful. I kept telling my friend the meat is tough. Once I got home later that evening and decided to reheat it I saw the reason why. Since it was broiled it looked as if it was cooked thoroughly. When I went to turn it over and heat it up in the air fryer is when I noticed it. After placing a picture on Facebook, the comments started rolling at that the place now has new owners and how the food isn't what it used to be, especially the award-winning crab cake. When I dine I always choose places that sell crab cakes because I absolutely love them. I'll just say I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever get another one of their crab cakes.

Food is good and they make delicious crab cakes but now there's people hanging out front at night, so I don't feel safe going here in the evening. Probably better to Door Dash it. You can also go here to eat crabs.
