First time ordering in years from Dominos now that they are next to Shoppers Food. Now I remember why I haven't ordered in such a long time. MAYBE 2 tablespoons of sauce on the ENTIRE PIZZA. Toppings were overcooked, think this will be my last time for a long time again.
Where do I start...
Placed an order through the mobile app. When we opened it and started to eat, we noticed both pizzas were under cooked. When I called the store, I was immediately put on hold. After being on hold for 5 minutes, I hung up and called back. I told the person that she left me on hold for 5 minutes, to which she responded that they were busy. Ordered online...at 40 min mark it updated as “out for delivery”...after an hour we called the store “it should be there any minute”...one hour-22 minutes I called them again “we are short staffed and honestly with all the orders we have we probably won’t be able to get a pizza to you for at least 45 MORE minutes” “ but you can come get it?”...wth? Stop taking orders you can’t fill. I cancelled, he hung up on me.
