I'm new to this area and ordered two medium pizzas from this location for the first time. I was so hungry because I didn't eat anything all day running errands with my daughter. I ate four slices of pizza and have had diarrhea ever since. I will never patronize this establishment ever again.

I ordered a pizza to get delivered to my house. Driver ended dropping my pizza off, to the wrong address. I called the store, and reported that my pizza was not delivered, and they said they would make me a new pizza, BUT, I'd have to come pick it up. So, aside from the fact that I already paid for the pizza and for delivery, the best they could do is I can come pick it up. I order 5-6 times a week to this location. No more .

I had a very disappointing experience at the Dominoās located at 672 Old Mill Rd #C, Millersville, MD 21108. Alyssa, who was working tonight, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked about the status of my order, she refused to answer and told me to ask someone else instead. Her attitude was disrespectful and completely unacceptable for a paying customer. I will not be returning to this location again.

3 visits in a row, my carside delivery order was just marked complete. Nobody brings the food. I don't understand the point of carside delivery that you won't do. The entire reason I drive past pizza hut and Papa John's is too get the carside delivery and avoid bringing babies in the store not because it's a better quality, as the pizzas tend to be over cooked recently.

This Dominoās is INFESTED WITH RATS!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!! š¤®š¤®š I went inside to pick up my pizza and saw rats running around in the kitchen like roaches when you turn the lights on (probably those were hiding and come out at night). I picked up my pizza box and immediately dropped it when I saw the rats and demanded a refund from the manager, Alyssa.
She refused to refund my order. I told her she hired Ratatouille and his friends to make pizzas, I will be contacting the Maryland Health Dept and Dominos corporate and I look forward to her being fired, begging for quarters on the side of the street. Hopefully this Dominos is permanently closed soon and replace with something better.

I normally order from this place but I donāt know who tried to hire a classless manager like Alyssa. She canceled my order, so naturally I went and called the location to try to get my order redelivered to me. She was condescending and absolutely acted like an animal from the jump, if you do not like your job then just quit boo boo. She then hung up on me, I waited and called back and she had a driver - Freddy - pick up the phone for her and put me on the speaker phone. So when I told him what happened earlier she took the phone from him and started yelling at me again. I hung up on her this time, then tried to call back a third time and she started talking again, āDid you miss me! Did you miss me! Did you miss me!ā, I told her she was mentally ill and tried to call again to get in touch of someone else but she kept hanging up on me. She then proceeded to drive to my address and knock on my door for ten minutes trying to fight me - mind you it is illegal to do so since she is the āmanagerā there, also you are not to use peopleās information unless it pertains to the business. The police had to get involved because of it. She should absolutely be fired immediately, or at least the company should be sued. They shouldnāt have a public squalor representing them like she does.

Pizza arrived with toppings and cheese missing from a slice?!?! , I don't know if the driver did it , or the pizza maker was bored, but I'm holding Dominos responsible for it now. I spoke to the manager and they were sending me a fresh uneaten pizza , well they sent the wrong pizza. Spoke to manager again said they would refund. Never refunded. My loss of money, their loss of my business.... š¤·š½ There is no way an act of God ,made that cheese just walk off A slice of pizza. You can eat it....

I picked up my order late but it was still good. Let me pick up my friend's order with no issue, although I hope there are some safe guards for theft. The music was a little loud when walking in, I couldn't hear the cashier, but they looked like they had a good working rhythm so I got it to a point.

Terrible place. I mean absolutely horrible. The manager runs around like she doesnāt have a clue to what is happening. Drivers donāt wash hands before touching food. Manager is a very smart tone with the employees. She looks on more than 20 years of age and the way she talks to her employees is crazy. Iām surprised they have lot their minds. Manager seems way over her head. She constantly screams and barks orders but has yet to show employees correct way of doing things. Their delivery and carry out times suck and they are already out of items. This is completely unacceptable wait times more than an hour. Drivers and rest of staff are talked to like children. Some look more than 3 times her age. Worse Dominos experience ever.

Okay so I didnāt want to leave this review based on what I saw but I had to once I found a plastic wrap in the stuffed bread , it was a plastic wrap , another thing was when I went inside the guys over there was making pizzas topping them up with no gloves on , putting meat and stuff without gloves then the guy proceeds to ring my order cleaning his hands in his apron . His hair is open and a person almost stoned over there , I would not recommend this place . No hygiene . I wonder what the store manager is doing . If you donāt like your night shifts donāt do it .
