Reviewing this due to the manger (ALYSSA) hope I spelt her name correct , I was taking advanced of the EMERGENCY PIZZA ON THE APP but unfortunately it don’t allow you to get it unless you spend $15 which is very frustrating knowing I’m low on funds , I called the store and asked and ALYSSA took care of us very very kind and went above and beyond to make sure we got a great deal and we got our pizza - THANK YOU ALYSSA

I go here often and it’s always great but today I was super impressed. It was insanely busy because of some school pizza pick up event. The staff was still very friendly and fast. All were awesome and Kazia (I am probably spelling that wrong) she was FANTASTIC! She worked so fast and didn’t miss a beat. Great job y’all!

Just ordered 3 pizza's from here. All 3 sucked! For one the New York Style was absolutely far from it! All 3 were undercooked and doughy, and way too much sauce. I suggest this location go across the street and order a Real Pizza from A1

I ordered carry out on accident at the Glen burnie store and when my email said completed I called them directly and no one answered. I thought it was delivery and I made a mistake. The issue was I couldn’t get ahold of anyone from the Glen burnie store. I called millersville to reorder and Alyssa went above and beyond to contact the Glen burnie store that didn’t answer to provide me with information about my order. At that point it was past 11pm and I asked her to remake my order and I would pick it up. The pizza and wings were perfect and she answered me with a smile and apologizing for a mistake I made that she had nothing to do with. I tipped her well and paid for a new order and wasn’t worried about losing my order at the Ritchie hwy store. The only issue I had was that I don’t think she or anyone else should be in a business alone after 9pm. Please provide a second person for security reasons if you can. Alyssa saved my night.❤️ Glen burnie should answer there phones.
Wonderful employees that are always so very helpful and kind. Thank you for always being so welcoming to me and my little one when we come in to pick up our orders!
Parking: Strip mall parking with reserved spots right in front of the entrance.
Kid-friendliness: Friendly employees that always great the kids. Great platform for the kids to watch the line as they prep the pizzas. Love taking my little one there.

The manager here is horrible she’s is not professional at all every time I talk to her she’s laughing in the phone very disrespectful. I ordered a pizza. It was undercooked so they sent a new one and it was burnt. I’m like is this a joke and on top of that it had hair in the pizza she was very rude told me that I always call complaining about the pizza. If the pizza is it properly made me as a customer have a right to call back to get it right I would not suggest ordering from this location I should’ve just listened to the comments on here. It’s nothing but a bunch of kids working here. she claims she was the GM kinda hard to believe but I will be reporting her.

Delivery driver followed instruction not to bang on door.In fact, they were so quiet I didn't even know they had dropped the food off. Heard a noise and thought it might be them. Turns out it was a squirrel trying to steal my tater tots.Luckily I was able to save them in time. Though I was wary of some of the tots closest to the chewed up hole. Tossed them to the squirrel just to be safe.Rest of the food was hot and tasty!
