Had a pretty big issue pop up today concerning coupons, the app, and overpayment. I always praise this place but today the way they handled the issue made such a huge difference. Weren’t dismissive at all, actively tried to help and directed me to the right places to have the problems handled for the things they couldn’t control. Special shout out to the bumblebee, and the pirate (today is Halloween) and of course the GM. Hope I wasnt a pain today

Absolutely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts on earth. No toasted coconut, coffee tastes like garbage, and no more ham egg &cheese sandwich. Drive elsewhere

never been impressed with this location. seems like i have trouble even catching them open. always staffed by inattentive teenagers. id just drive another mile or 2 down the road and go to the DD on crain highway.

Donuts were fresh and are fresh. If you get there when they first open, they happen to close at this particular one. Around 34 o'clock anything after 9 PM. It's hard still a new good. This particular location. It's fast food is fresh as long as you get it. First thing in the morning.
The amount of food has decreased significantly in the last few months but the prices have not. However, we're seeing this every place we go. I would say the wake up wraps are about 40% smaller than they were about 5 months ago.
