Food is very good. Staff is pleasant. I ordered a Bacon, Egg, Cheese on a Plain bagel, a Half dozen Donuts, a Hashbrown and a Loaded Hashbrown. I was given the half dozen donuts as I ordered, but the rest of my order was wrong. I was given 2 hasbrowns instead of a Loaded Hashbrown. That was corrected on site. It wasn't until I got to work that I discovered that instead of a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Plain bagel, I was given a Sausage, Egg, Cheese on a Poppy Seed Bagel. It still tasted good, but it wasn't what I ordered, and it was too late to drive back.

Excellent service really on point. The two staff members were friendly and answered my questions. The sandwich was ok, but hot and fresh. Expresso lit me up!

I wanted to cancel my order after waiting in line this morning long enough that if i didn’t leave right then i would be late for work, so i tried calling five separate times and no one answered, each time i called i let it ring until it started beeping at me.. not sure who is supposed to answer the phones but don’t call if you need something 😅 now i have no drink and I'm out 6 bucks but hey at least someone in the drive through gets a drink for free today on me, so there’s that lol.

The staff does a decent job, fast and friendly. But EVERYTIME I get avocado toast with bacon they either slap cold barely cooked bacon on it or black chips of bacon that they have scraped off the bottom of something. I just don’t understand why they can’t take 10 extra secs to give the customer edible bacon. The other Dunkin’ Donuts don’t seem to have this issue.

Had a pretty big issue pop up today concerning coupons, the app, and overpayment. I always praise this place but today the way they handled the issue made such a huge difference. Weren’t dismissive at all, actively tried to help and directed me to the right places to have the problems handled for the things they couldn’t control. Special shout out to the bumblebee, and the pirate (today is Halloween) and of course the GM. Hope I wasnt a pain today
