I wish I could give this less than a full star for food but, this is the lowest I can give. I ordered the spicy famous bowl assuming it would be the famous bowl but with spicy chicken…I was beyond horrified when I removed it from the bag only to find a OCEAN sloshing in a to-go bowl. The abysmal amount of mashed potatoes were DRENCHED in gravy and a foul soup of hot sauce, to the point it nearly overflowed upon me removing the lid. I had to dump almost a cup’s worth of hot sauce to even make it edible. The chicken, corn, and potatoes were fine in of themselves but the entire thing was texturally and flavor wise ruined by the flood of sauces.

Rude staff, understaffed, unorganized, dirty, incompetent, and did I say rude staff?

To management: please hire people who actually want to work and take pride in customer service. Restaurants run best when employees are motivated, respectful, and understand how to work as a team. Right now, this location does not reflect that at all.

On December 29, 2025, between 6:20–6:30 PM, I had one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The male employee taking drive-thru orders was extremely rude from the moment I said, “Hello, how are you?” Before I could even finish my order, he cut me off aggressively and told me to “listen.” I hadn’t said anything disrespectful at all. A female employee actually had to step in and take over my order because of his behavior.

I paid at the window and was told to pull around and come back in five minutes because my fries were being cooked. I had already waited close to 10 minutes at that point. I timed it, came back exactly five minutes later, and the same employee looked at me and said, “What do you want?”—as if we hadn’t just spoken minutes earlier. He didn’t remember my order, listed a completely different one, and even after correcting him, I was still given the wrong food.

I had to go inside to fix it. Inside, the staff was visibly irritated that I even came in, despite the mistake being theirs. Thankfully, a woman with an injured arm showed professionalism and corrected my order—she was the only bright spot in this entire experience. Another customer next to me mentioned that I was the fourth person who had to come inside because their order was wrong.

This isn’t about race, background, or anything like that—it’s about attitude, training, and accountability. I’ve lived throughout the DMV area, and fast-food restaurants in Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, and DC manage to provide solid service despite being just as busy. For whatever reason, many locations in Anne Arundel County—including this one—consistently fall short, with the exception of Chick-fil-A.

If you’re going to work with the public, especially handling people’s food, basic respect and professionalism are non-negotiable. A job is a job. Take pride in it, or find something else. Customers shouldn’t have to brace themselves just to place an order.

I hope management takes this seriously, retrains staff, and addresses the behavior of the employee working that shift—because no customer should be treated this way.

The front staff ignored the customers that were ordering inside .they didn't bother to ask you to wait a moment and in the back they were playing around and yelling 6 7 which is very annoying..i walked out without placing an order...do better

I came through drive the drive thru after a 10 hours day of work!!! for the second time!!!! I figure let’s try this again- this is my results;food was warm and I ask for Chicken pot pie no chicken inside. they ignore you when you’re talking, last time I will come here!!!! Poor service!
I called and ask to talk to management- I didn’t ask for a refund I just ask what do yall do bout this; management said absolutely nothing!

The service was not just bad it was non existent. The place was empty when I walked in and I couldn't get waited on. At least two employees saw me standing there and ignored me. Goodbye KFC.

Never had any issues ever woth this place until today. Placing order on app and went there little early and first person said it wasn't done yet, which was fine so I went to the parking lot as he asked me to. When my app indicated it was done, the second employee, was nothing but rude in every way. First did acknowledge me at the speaker then told me to hold on. I said something in my car and he said it's not done go to the parking lot. I told him my app said it was done. He said it wasn't and I could go in and speak to the manager. I pulled up behind a car when they left my order was done, but the original person said he would check, and it was done. I spoke with the manager and Steven the rude one still wanted to approach. He needs a job that doesn't deal with customers. Poor customer service skills.

Im a diesel truck mechanic. I ordered chicken from here and the oil that dripped off of the chicken was as dirty and dark as the trucks I service. Totally Disgusting. THis place need to be shut down.
