I spent $77 on your food. The chicken was the worst I’ve ever tasted. They are definitely not going by the original recipe and the service was lousy young kids working in there didn’t appear to want to even be there. I will never ever purchase anything from that particular Store ever ever again, lousy service lousy food !

Normally this KFC is pretty average but reliable and I only had one order ever missing an item. Tonight was a different story though. In an app order for pickup they had multiple substitutions without notification or stopping me from buying it all together. I was given two wrong drinks one of which was filled only about 75% and the other was missing the add-on. They had apparently run out of potato wedges despite still allowing it to be ordered and immediately substituted them with the fries they had instead - wedges are currently a limited time item (ongoing at the time of writing). Missing my 5pc potato poppers. Missing all sauces.

After tonight, I don't know what happened, but go to a different KFC. I should've just gotten my money back.

Terrible experience. Ordered my food 10 minutes in advance, got there and still had to wait 20 minutes for them to cook. They were incredibly understaffed and had several potential customers leave due to the long line.

Says they close at 11pm online but they were closed at 10pm , fix hours or investigate why they are closing the place earlier than they should.

Not sure why some of the negative reviews. I went to drive thru this afternoon and the staff was incredibly kind. Even informed me that the old school bbq sauce was back and ofc I had to get it for my hot wings! While they were out of wedges they made up for it with their incredible customer service.

FIRE THIS MANAGER & I promise this place would be packed!!! The service is nonexistent!! They have 2.8 star rating for a reason. STAY AWAY!!!

They had not even started my order and the app said it was ready for pickup. After 10 minutes they found the order and once received it was wrong. Guy making the food had a cough and no gloves on and was also coming up and using the cash register. Dept of health please visit.
