Absolutely disgusting. I squeeze the skin from my chicken thigh and this thick black oil poured out.

Terrible experience tonight. Will never eat here again. The crew on shift was terrible. Place was dirty and service sucked. Waited almost an hour and my order was still not correct. Avoid this KFC!

How is this place still open!?! I will eat toast for dinner before I come back here!

The food is disgusted, I order mush potatoes and they didn’t give me gravy, the chicken is not well done. Please don’t order food here 😠😠😡😡

I had the worst experience in my life. Ordered food and waited 30minutes only to find out my order was never started. Noticed my order food order was not right and I never got my drink cups. Asked for a refund to which I was told “we don’t offer refunds we will make it right.” My response, “How can you make something right when you haven’t even made it?”

Left with no food, down $35, and the Manager wouldn’t even speak to me.

This location has completely ruined my KFC perception. The Colonel would not be happy and neither should anyone who works there!

I couldn’t understand the cashier at all
Also, when I tried ordering a meal

It says it came with four sides

And the cashier told me one of the sides HAD to be coleslaw

Nowhere on the sign did it say coleslaw and three sides

45 min wait for a 12 pc family meal is crazy work place it at 7:45pm got it at 8:30pm . Was refused a cancelation or refund for the order .

Employees here love acting annoyed when you order, only to give you half of what you asked for (and the half you did get is ice cold). Not even worth the time asking for them to give you the items they missed, because it takes them 15 minutes to finish a single order, so depending on how busy it is you might be waiting an hour or more for one item. Really stinks because this is the only KFC less than 30 minutes away. Guess I just won't go to KFC anymore.

When are they closing this place? Either close it or start over with a remodel, new personnel and management. The workers have poor customer service skills and clearly don't want to be there. It's old and dingy in the restaurant which is not appealing to eat in. While I am still a KFC fan and will at least give the food an average 3 *** for KFC, there is room for much improvement here. The KFC Board of Directors needs to seriously get some quality control going and updates to their restaurants before they end closing shop across the board. Chic Fila is killing them in all categories.

Food was ok , but took forever. Thought that would mean it was fresh but it was mostly cold. Whole facility is disgusting. Mold in the soda fountain nozzles, and all around the machine. Bathroom was a bio hazard. Tons of pee on the floor along with dead and alive bugs and mice feces. No soap available and the walls were smeared with dirt. Kitchen clearly hasn’t been deep cleaned in years, and the employees were working in slow motion and a little off putting. There was only one clean table in the dining room, the rest had residue from not being cleaned after multiple customers.
