My partner can’t go out much because she both has Celiac and is currently going through chemo and has to isolate. We went at a fairly dead hour and the staff were EXTREMELY thoughtful. We were seated far from other patrons, servers let us mask up when approaching, and it was very easy for her to order. She was thrilled with the food and we thought the drinks were interesting. I’m looking forward to trying the tap list next time.

I went with a family member who has celiac disease. The staff were all extremely welcoming and attentive. The manager and chef personally came out to chat with us and seemed very confident about their comfort levels and knowledge serving someone with allergies.
The food was great, the staff was wonderful, and the restaurant has great options for seating. Large bar to sit at, large bar area with high top tables, and a seated dining area away from the bar.
They also have 2 sets of really nice leather couches for family and groups to sit and eat at. We will definitely be back.

The crab cake is not good & it’s greasy. It’s definitely not an authentic Maryland crab cake. $24 smh. It should be removed from the menu.

Sadly, we keep forgetting that this restaurant/bar has less than acceptable service & the menu is just a little off. (unless you want wings - according to many of the other reviews) Yet, every couple of months we stop in . . . because it's on the way to visit family we see quite often. But never again. The restaurant was hardly busy; maybe 4 tables in the dining room, yet we waited and waited for someone to greet us, and then 10 minutes for a soda and iced tea. Things only got worse ... food was just mediocre, and not sure if the waitress didn't want to be there, or had just not been properly trained. Either way, we won't go back.

My wife and I ducked into Libations to wait out rush hour traffic, and it turned out to be a great decision. It was a Wednesday—wing night—and at $1 per wing, we couldn’t resist. We ordered a mix of buffalo wings, truffle fries, and a pizza, plus the Korean BBQ wings (not discounted, but absolutely worth every cent).
Every dish came out hot, flavorful, and a tier above the usual “bar food” you might expect from a local spot. Between the friendly service, comfortable vibe, and food that clearly has some care behind it, Libations easily earned a return visit from us. Thank you for having us! Five stars.

Server/bartender was quick, attentive and made suggestions. Unfortunately the food was not good. I got a crispy chicken sandwich which had little taste and was very dry. .My companion got nachos which looked like they were no longer crisp and vegetable crab soup which was too full of leafy vege and too spicy. (Neither did she eat.
We had the Roseda burger and it was really good. The chicken Caesar salad was lacking chicken lol ! Salad was good but not even 4 oz of chicken. We sat at the high tops in the bar and the service was good. We had the pumpkin cheesecake for dessert and it was delicious.

We just happened to Libations while traveling through the area. The food was delicious! The drinks were awesome. The service was superb and the people were friendly. They also have live music, I would absolutely recommend Libations and I will definitely visit again.
