My favorite McDonald's in the area. Today, again, one of the managers kindly waited on me because I love a special Big Mac with quarter pounder paties & extra cheese. (True grand mac) She even went back in the kitchen to make sure it was made correctly. It was fresh & delicious!

My fries were warm and not hot like I like them. So I asked the cashier for some hot fries. She was hesitant and when I got my fries, the pack was not full. I had already left the store and did not go back inside to complain. The next time I go there, if there is a next time, I will speak to the manager in charge. The gentleman that first waited on us was very helpful and courteous though.

I got a quarter pounder meal. The fries were half full and cold. The burger wasn’t even a quarter pounder burger. It was just a plain burger in a quarter pounder box. I like McDonald’s. They’ve always been my go to for late night food. I don’t expect a lot but they would at least always get my order right. If you’re looking for something to eat and expect to get the food you ordered, go to a different restaurant.

I have never been so disappointed in McDonald's, I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes and I was not given any silverware or syrup. The staff was also rude during my ordering giving me attitude and seemed to not be happy to give me the items that I should have received in the first place. I will never go to this McDonald's again.

I noticed my order was wrong on the screen in the drive thru, I told them it was wrong and was very clear about what I wanted, the worker told me he would fix it and to pull forward. I paid, then realized my order was still incorrect once I had the receipt, when I asked management if I could PAY for what I was missing they told me I’d have to go back through the drive thru line. Why would I take more time out of my day to get what I originally ordered because your workers are incompetent? Poor customer service and management. Food was cold anyways, I guess they were trying to spare me the extra disappointment.
