I canât just let this go at all I went through the drive-thru to get a drink. When I pulled up, the night shift employee, whose name was Aijah, took my order. I first asked for a Frappuccino, and she told me the machine was down, so I ordered a hot chocolate instead and left. I was polite the entire time, but I did notice that she had a very bad attitude. There was no greeting, no response, and no basic courtesy. I understand people can have bad days. Later i returned because my hot chocolate was basically water when i opened the lid, it was clear. When i told her, she responded, âSo what do you want me to do?â I asked if I could get something else instead, and she said, âWell, if youâre telling me your drink is water, that means our machine is down.â I donât work here your machine is down your the one made my drink it was clear that it was water but still gave it to me( didnât say that to her). i asked what my options were. She said coffee which I donât drink, so I requested a refund which I had been trying to avoid to not make her job harder. When i pulled up to the window, the manager came and was very nice. He asked for my card and went to process the refund. During this time, Aijah walked up to the window kept the window open and stood there staring at me, When the manager returned i heard her say something and i clarified, very politely and in front of the manager, that I had no issue with her and wish she had been nicer, she literally began arguing with me, recording me my face without my consent, and even threatening me while she was on the clock. She asked if I wanted to fight and i told her i would call the police on her and left I will be coming in tomorrow morning to speak with the store manager and file a formal complaint. This behavior was unacceptable, especially from an employee working with the public. I work full-time myself and understand what proper customer service looks like, and this situation was far from professional. I believe this needs to be taken seriously.

I come to this McDonaldâs often and Iâve never had a bad experience until today at around 1:15 PM. The girl who took my money was incredibly rude and I was paying with change so I had counted it out for her and itâs like she immediately had an attitude, I apologize numerous times for paying with change. Just as a reference, I paid with quarters and my total was $4.23. I just thought it was incredibly rude. How insensitive she was to the fact that I was paying with change, everyone else that works there that I have came into contact with has always been very pleasant but this girl (Unfortunately, I did not get her name and she did not want to give me my receipt so I could get Her name) But I have even gave her $1.50 more to pass it on To the next person. It may not be a lot, but I was trying to be less difficult being as though I had paid with change, which I typically never do. I guess what Iâm trying to say is that with what we are all going through with the economy, the cashier may come into contact with more people who use change but to make a person feel so low just because theyâre using change instead of just being understanding was absolutely ridiculous and I really hope that her superior Has a conversation with her and takes it seriously.

Used to be the best location. I placed a mobile order 15 minutes ago. Got here, 0 cars in drive thru. Still asked me to pull forward because my food wasn't ready. Waited another 5 minutes. The woman just physically handed my food off to another car, and forgot my drink, then snatched the bag back from the person she mishanded it to and tossed it through the window at me. There is now a massive line forming behind me. Second horrible experience here in a month. It will be my last experience here ever

This is the worst McDonaldâs in the area. I ordered a 20 piece nugget and asked if it could be dropped fresh. I will wait no problem. I should not have trusted them⊠I drove off just to see old nuggets. When will the MANAGERS MANAGE THE CREW ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU ALL FAIL. YOU ROB CUSTOMERS WHO COME TO YOU IN GOOD FAITH BY TAKING THEIR MONEY KNOWING THAT THE FOOD IS OLD , HARD .AND STALE. YOU WONT GET ME AGAIN. I WILL DRIVE TO LAUREL MCDONALDâS ON 198. You all will never get my money again. I will tell everyone I know how lazy you all are and want a paycheck but do not give good customer service! YOU FAIL!!!!!

The state of the bathroom made me concerned about the safety of the food at this location. Bad even for a McDonalds đŹ Why was the toilet paper dispenser ripped off the wall and laying on the ground in a puddle next to the toilet?
