I come to this McDonald’s often and I’ve never had a bad experience until today at around 1:15 PM. The girl who took my money was incredibly rude and I was paying with change so I had counted it out for her and it’s like she immediately had an attitude, I apologize numerous times for paying with change. My favorite McDonald's in the area. Today, again, one of the managers kindly waited on me because I love a special Big Mac with quarter pounder paties & extra cheese. (True grand mac) She even went back in the kitchen to make sure it was made correctly. It was fresh & delicious!
My fries were warm and not hot like I like them. So I asked the cashier for some hot fries. She was hesitant and when I got my fries, the pack was not full. I had already left the store and did not go back inside to complain. The next time I go there, if there is a next time, I will speak to the manager in charge. The gentleman that first waited on us was very helpful and courteous though.
