Smoothie King

I visit this location at least once a week and every time I find this gentleman talking on the phone while taking orders and making orders. His priority is not customer service and is easily distracted by his phone call. I ordered an avocado toast, and he used his bare hands while holding my bread. That is not very sanitary.

Went for national coffee day, which you had to be there before 10:30 am to be able to receive the drink. Rude employee wanted to chit chat with someone and then by the time 10:30 came around I wasn’t elgible to get my drink. After thinking everything is a joke and laughing under his breath, shouldn’t be working in customer service Period.

I unfortunately cannot give more than 1 star. Ive been to this location years ago and decided to give it another try. Usually I go to the severna park location where they are much more willing to provide service. Millersville location, I get it you want to go home but I also make sure I was here 10mins prior to 9pm, Locked the doors 10mins early, and walked away from door around 8:52pm. I even attempted to place an online order due to the employee not being accessible after knocking a few minutes after waiting.. Brunette female waited until 9pm to start flipping off lights and closing up- no reason why me and the other person outside couldn’t get our orders fulfilled. Sad to see it Millersville.

Doesn't know how to follow directions AND UNSANITARY. Ordered a specific flavor only..... proceeds to charge me for a smoothie that had the flavor in it and then upsized it. She was even hesitant in giving me the receipt when asked. Did not wash her hands after sweeping the floors.

The customer service is always good, ‘they say hello, what can I get for you.’
*While preparing the food is my issue there is not sanitary rules implementation while handling food*
They have a sign right beside telling them to use gloves they coming from the back of the store 100% sure they haven’t wash their hands before serving you because it looks dry! Probably on their phones with millions of 🦠.
USE GLOVES and FACE MASKS. (Ladies)
Note: there was only one guy who did follow the rules a Mediterranean.

Second time I've been to this location and the service has not been great. When ordering on Friday we got 20oz drinks and when waiting for them saw the sign saying we could have gotten a 32 oz one for the same price. The store in Severna park was way more friendlier and offerd this even though we didn't have the app last time we went there on a Friday. And when my wife didn't know what she wanted the severna park location explained the different drinks and had a paper menu that was offered to look at. None of that from the one on veterans highway.

I have never seen such service by an establishment before I ordered two smoothies, my wife picked up one not knowing that I ordered two, and when I went back to let them know that she retrieved only one the manager gave me a long song and dance about a smoothie. He didn’t want to give me my money back or another smoothie which I paid for I’ve never seen anything like this before. He basically wanted to have a back-and-forth discussion about a smoothie so I will not give My Business to an establishment that is making such a fuss over a smoothie which I pay for.

Took almost a hour to make my smoothie for Uber eats. Ordered at 7:30am..its now being delivered at 8:19am

Funny & patient.

If you are going to turn away people and have the open sign turned off at 8:25 when you close at 9, just change the hours to close at 8:30. Much more clear for everyone involved.

Abby served us this evening and she was hustling as the only one working. Service was excellent. Abby was very friendly, she knew the name of my daughter’s “special” order, and she made our 3 smoothies in record time.

Had my first smoothie king bowl, everything was delicious and so fresh. Kept it old-fashioned, lots of granola, vanilla yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, and coconut, Yum! Thank you guys.
