I have visited this location frequently, and aside from the occasional wait I have never had any issues. The drinks have always been accurate, this location is always relaxed inside and the baristas are friendly.
I am writing this review today because I had an excellent experience thanks to a barista named Kelly. She went above and beyond to make sure my son had the treat he was hoping for, that initially seemed to be unavailable. I now have the happiest two year old, thank you for the amazing service!

First time here and the baristas were very welcoming and help me find my new favorite drink. The cafe is nice and one of the few Starbucks that has sofa. Problem is there’s a bunch of flys everywhere and everyone was swatting them. Seems like they need to get that check out asap.

went here after going through something very traumatic. the baristas were SO KIND. made me cry and gave me a bit of faith in humanity back. lovely people work there🩷
Ordered a Venti fancy drink. Got it on Friday morning and it was awesome! Came back Monday morning, put in the same order and they didn’t even fill the venti cup a quarter of the way. Then said i should have put extra ice. They said drinks are made differently. So i think nobody should go Monday mornings because that difference is horrible!! 5 stars to the Friday Morning Crew! -3 stars for Monday Morning. Do better and make the drinks more uniform.

I come here two or three times a week.I order same drink and light ice always. They gave me almost a whole cup of ice. It is too terrible

I absolutely love this store. I spend way too much money here. The coffee is good and the employees are kind and helpful, but Jo absolutely makes the entire experience. She is always friendly and cares about the service she gives to all of the customers. At this point, I think I come here just as much to chat with her as I do for coffee.
