The store cancels orders when they decide they don't want to do them. I went in, and there was a line of us expecting food, and they said they wouldn't honor any coupons and they just canceled any that got used. So effectively, multiple people order online, drive over, and they say they will keep doing that anyway.

Canceled our online order and refused to honor a buy one get one footlong coupon from the app, hope losing our business for the rest of your ownership was worth one footlong man lol

This location does not honor the deals on the Subway App. Buyer beware. I used the app to get BOGO footlongs and according to the app this was a participating location. When I arrived, they told me they cancelled my orders because they don't participate in the the app deals. My CC was charged however and now I'm awaiting a refund that might take up to a week. I was willing to pay about $20 for subs, but not $40!

I am not sure that this location is still in business. I've gone to pick up food several times and have witnessed negative encounters with their customers in the past, but never experienced one until now. I had always wondered what could have possibly happened to make customers as upset as they were, but I totally get it now. They have zero regard for the customers who keep them in business.

I logged in to order online, and there was a BOGO special listed...BONUS! The store was listed as a participating restaurant, so I completed my order, waited for the confirmation and then headed out to pick up the food. When I arrived, I gave them my name and was kind of given a blank look. I continued to walk to the counter and was then informed that my order had been cancelled because they do not participate with BOGO and I should be seeing a credit back on my card in 3-5 business days. How is that ok?!?! Over an $8 promo that they were listed as participating with on the company website, they cancelled an order (That was for my boss mind you!!) rather than just suck up the pennies of loss and then contact corporate to then be removed from the promo.

Online ordering is put in place to make customers' lives easier and to expedite the process. If I had time to waste I would've walked into the store to order and waited. I ordered online because i had limited time, and instead of respecting that, they cancelled an order. What if that was my last $20?!?! I would now have to wait 3-5 business days to see it again over their ignorance!!!! I ordered online. They could have easily called me to let me know the situation, but no, they allowed me to waste 20 minutes killing time to then show up for an order that was cancelled!! Mind you, the app showed my order had been confirmed, was being prepared and was actually ready!!! I will never order from them again!!! Go to the Walmart Severn location. At least there they are courteous!!

This store is the worst Subway location in Anne Arundel County. They will cancel your order manually even if you get email confirmation that it's ready if you use coupon or if there's a promotion like buy one get one. Also if you order online, they will put inadequate meat on it and load your sub with lettuce and other topping that you would not even notice the protein. This store also operates without a supervisor and a manager on duty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Don't go to this subway or place any online orders here. They don't honor any coupons and will cancel your order. I had a pickup time of 1:40 and I walk in to them telling me my order was automatically cancelled when it came in, yet sent me no alert or message, and looked at my like I'm stupid for not understanding why there's no order for me, wasted my time coming here and will never enter the location again.

STAY AWAY FROM SUBWAY MILLERSVILLE. Their customer service is beyond poor. They will argue with you about coupons on the app of orders that went through on the app.Absolutely horrible experience at Subway Millersville, MD today. No wonder the place was empty. The franchisee/operator is NASTY and is probably driving customers away. Placed my order on the Subway app, used one of the corporate coupon codes Subway mailed out. Franchisee guy started doing my order. At one point he noticed that I used a coupon. Kept telling me to sit down (why? so I could not see what he was doing? I did not want to sit down. I wanted to see the sandwich being made). But he told me multiple times to "take a seat" while he made the sandwich. Odd. A lady comes put, perhaps his wife and he shows her the receipt. She starts getting mean and saying I can't use a coupon. I say it's a coupon that sent in US mail and worked online so I'm good. The two of them keep talking amongst themselves and I'm in a hurry and ask them if we can finish my order. They keep getting nasty to me. I say the only reason I came in was because of the offer and if this is how they're going to treat customers, then I will never give them my business again. You should also know the restaurant was completely empty with not a customer in sight and they have a hand written sign inside the store with about 10 sandwiches that they won't take any coupon on. No wonder why no one goes to this Millersville, MD location. I had a horrible experience and couldn't believe how nasty these folk were. (the guy also didn't even follow my order. I mentioned I wanted LESS mayo and he not only put a ton of mayo down the first time but then went back a 2md time later after putting the bacon in and did MORE mayo). the whole experience today was just a mess and I'm not happy with how mean these folks were to me. BEWARE OF SUBWAY MILLERSVILLE!
